Stayed five days with friends. Booked four rooms. Staff were very friendly, as for me is a Greeks, some of the most hospitable people in the world. The breakfast was plentiful, staff again done a great job. It was a very busy As it’s a conference Hotel really. However that didn’t mean that it was bad. The pool was mostly quiet. And spotless clean as was the whole hotel. Heard some say it was far away from city. For us we didn’t think so, it was literally a 15 minute walk right to the centre, however if you cross the very busy road, your literally among some great non touristy restaurants and cafes. I never felt the staff or the policy of the hotel was to attempt to get money from you for extras, everyone was very integrity minded. My only slight gripe was that the maid service was a bit inconsistent, so the room wasn’t made up to the same standard each day. However I mentioned it to the reception and received a letter and bottle of wine, which wasn’t expected but appreciated. On a plus the rooms are huge, with a nice sitting area and large bathroom. Only other thing. As we book four rooms for 5 nights , and our flight was leaving late and we needed a room to stay later, I felt the 117 euros for late checkout was a bit steep and as we had booked the four rooms I think they could have gave us a bigger discount than have the room rate , as is their policy obviously. Other than that. It was a great hotel considering its massive size. Would definitely recommend. It’s not Dubai 5 star so if that’s what you expect you will be discounted. However it’s very good and very genuine, spotless clean and great staff.

Everything was perfect in this well located hotel. We travelled with a dog and they were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, clean and with full amenities. We will definitely return soon!

This was our first visit to Lux & Easy and it was a fantastic experience throughout. Location is excellent to get around Athens with a Metro and Tram stop a mere 5 minute walk from the accommodation and only 3 stops to Syntagma, 2 to Acropolis - location is a real hit. Amenities around are a few local mini markets, a few coffee outlets, bakeries etc - I’d recommend looking at google earth for a street view of your surroundings as if you’re explorers and what to venture out its great. If you want everything on your doorstep then I’d recommend elsewhere. The accommodation is superb. We were in room 61 which was set over two floors and had a hot tub on the balcony. As a family of four there was ample space, two bathrooms and a huge comfy bed for us to sleep on and the upstairs bedroom balcony had great views over the city. The rooms are in a two by two format over 6 floors so i believe there is only 12 rooms here - and this reflected in the quiet nature of the property. Would highly recommend!

We spent 5 days at the hotel with a group of 15 university students. Due to Covid, and flight delays, and restaurant problems, and lost passports... let's just say it was a challenge. But the fabulous front-desk staff handled everything! They just kept knocking-down all our issues and kept us on track and on time. Always with a smile. Always full of good ideas! Always so helpful. If you are noticing all the complications with travel these days, I can recommend this place as an oasis of sanity in the flurry of complications.

The room is a nice size, very clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is great, there are so many great restaurants, bars and even nightclubs in the area. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious with a large selection of Greek and non-Greek foods, and the view of the city and the Acropolis is beautiful. The only issue I had was that they had an actual coffee machine in the restaurant that it looked like the staff could’ve used to make coffees for guests, but the staff said that coffees were only available from an automated machine. It would’ve also been nice if the restaurant/rooftop was able to be accessed at other times, too, not just for breakfast.

The morning is rich, especially the authentic Greek yogurt, with many ingredients to choose from. The yogurt that costs 7-8 euros outside is unlimited here. The bacon is very fresh and fragrant, delicious and not dry, and is available every day. There are a wide variety of bread and cheese. In general, what I look forward to most every day is the rich morning. I will not be hungry until the evening after eating a meal. Two meals a day are stress-free. There is a gym, two treadmills and some equipment. Although it is just a small house, it is also very convenient. The hotel is in a good location, on a main road, with many free parking spaces. If you are not sure, you can park in the basement of the hotel. 10 euros/day. But in fact, the free parking spaces at the door of the hotel are very sufficient. The bed and pillows of the hotel are also very comfortable. I slept for almost 11 hours on the first day I arrived at the hotel to adjust to the jet lag. I was able to sleep for more than 7 hours afterwards, which is still very good. The conditions are better than other hotels I have stayed in Europe.

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber für den Preis ok. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Top! Es gibt alles, was man zum Frühstücken braucht um den Tag gut beginnen zu können. Gerne wieder

Very good and service from staff especially the girls in the reception are professionals with all .... We have visited the hotel three times and this year they decided to take out the day dish something that disappointed us .... also while the restaurant has very good menu is not child-friendly not let them put a pasta with chips something simpler ..... But the price is good in the morning the very good and rich the cleanliness very good ..... The windows looking out sure would like to change but Not important, we were all day out ...Sure at night the bass sounds from the club but it's not as much as it prevents you from sleep ... but it sounds .... from there it's in a place with transportation everywhere ....in general Lines, etc. 4/5 Only ct can't eat there because it's not child-friendly ... also they took out the day dish that was plus last year and thirdly the bass sometimes is annoying from the shop next to ....cat but I've been there three times and I'll Go back sure ... again one good thing to girls in the reception because they're wonderful friendly and you've served

When I slept in the morning, I woke up naturally, and when I blinked, I found that there was a large balcony outside the French window. Stayed late at night last night, sleepy and sleepy, did not carefully look at the room structure. The son looked at the fire exit map on the wall and told me that we lived in the largest room in the hotel. If so. So happy. The breakfast ended at ten o'clock, and the time rushed to the restaurant, which was amazing. Bright and spacious, the walls are decorated with Greek reliefs and portraits. The taste of the food is also very good, in addition to the watermelons and melons provided in each restaurant, there is a whole set of complete fruit collection. The younger son chose a peach and was satisfied. [snicker] [smirking] [smirking]

This apartment hotel is located 15mins away from the Metro station and around 10mins away from the bus station (in the direction of Athens). They greeted us with cold after in the fridge and an ice cube bag in the freezer, considering the 35+ temperatures outside we appreciated it very much :) The apartment is quite modern, was very clean and spacious; the only annoying thing was the shower 🚿 - it was missing a door (intented) so the water was covering the whole bathroom floor....but they provided us with enough towels. We also were allowed to leave our luggage behind the counter since we came in too early for our check-in, beware that in this case you kind of have to wait for someone to open the main door for you, since they usually have nobody at the reception. The area was also pretty quiet, despite the ******* (or smth like that) being literally down the street.
