We had an incredible stay at Acropolis Magenta Luxury Suites! The staff was extremely attentive and made our check-in extra special by surprising us with champagne for my girlfriend’s birthday. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and everything was spotless. The service was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway

The room was very clean. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the Acropolis and other attractions. It was quiet in the evenings. There's a supermarket conveniently nearby, and plenty of dining options are available within walking distance. A taxi to the airport takes about 40 minutes.

Very very good landlord! The whole journey became extraordinarily smooth and warm because of his intentions. The landlord is particularly enthusiastic, not only patiently answering various questions throughout the whole process, but also personally helping us book ferry tickets, making the trip extremely worry-free. On the day of arrival, the landlord was very considerate to let us check in in advance, and allowed us to check out late when we left. This intimateness is really moving.
The location of the house is very convenient, and it is very convenient to travel to attractions, supermarkets or restaurants. The house is fully equipped with home appliances. It is very comfortable to live in and has a feeling of ”going home”. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the details are also very careful.
I was really satisfied with this stay. I was lucky to meet such a warm and thoughtful landlord. I will definitely choose this next time I come here! Highly recommend to everyone!

We are a family of four. There is a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. The room will not be crowded after the sofa bed is opened. The bed and bath towels in the room are very clean and tidy, and the kitchen supplies are all available. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They contacted us by email in advance and provided the room number and room password. It may be the off-season, the room was not full, and we checked in nearly two hours in advance. The front desk lady also carefully recommended restaurants and supermarkets to us. We went to three of the recommended restaurants, all of which tasted good and had good service. The most important thing is that the hotel is less than ten minutes' walk from the Acropolis of Athens. The view from the balcony on the fifth floor is excellent. You can see the Acropolis anytime, anywhere, and go out to take pictures of the night view at night. I really recommend this hotel!

As there was not enough information offered to arrive at the apartment, we were dragging our luggages from train station all the way up to the apartment. It took quite a bit of effort with our luggages and the uphill walking. This is not a nice encounter, that said, we were greeted by a nice manager who has waited for us till quite late. The apartment is lovely, bed is comfortable, linen and towels were top quality. It may be great to have a slightly larger bathroom / toilet as the glass door of the shower compartment kept banging against the toilet bowl. We were welcomed by a big cockroach in the bathroom but we managed to flash it down the toilet ! Finally, I have just received an invoice for Euro 1.50 per day and its in Greek and I was being charged without knowing what it was.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with all major tourist attractions within 30 min walkable distance. Very clean inside and out. Clear instructions was left us and we felt as ease, home from home.
Jing Jing was very quick to respond to our queries, despite the language barrier. Washing machine was in greek and microwave was in chinese, but we worked it out.
Overall, 5⭐️. Would recommed.

We had a bit of difficulty locating the hotel as there was no signboard. However, we were delighted to find it right in the centre of the shops. (For those who are new, it’s right next to the money changer). (See photo. It’s the black gate.)
The hotel is located just steps away from the metro station escalator, the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis as well! We stayed comfortably as there were 2 bedrooms with double beds. It actually fits 6 but we were only 4. There’s a small kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, cuttlery & utensils and a small bathroom,
We loved the gyros and souvlaki from the shop downstairs .
We enjoyed walking to the neighbouring flea market as well and renting the scooter for faster transport.
We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Acropolis Heart. For those who are fortunate enough to get available rooms, it is highly recommended 👍👍

Great value for money, the most cost-effective hotel on this trip, the single room is relatively small, but the facilities are complete and very quiet. When checking in, the front desk explained the important tourist attractions in Athens in detail and marked them on the map. Because it was the Double Holiday, the hotel front desk also specially prepared desserts.

The hotel looks very beautiful in the pictures, but I was quite disappointed after checking in:
First, the hotel faces the street, and the room I was given was a low-rise room facing the street. Later, the manager kindly moved me to a high-rise room facing the street, but it was still very noisy and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The experience was very bad. This hotel was recommended as a design hotel, but this experience made people feel like a fast hotel;
At the same time, the bathroom was also very small, and the quality of the toilet facilities was very average;
There was no toilet paper in the room;
The room was very small;
The price I booked for this hotel was 1,500 per night. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt next door for only 2,000 per night, and the room area of this hotel was only half of the Grand Hyatt; the accommodation experience and breakfast experience of the Grand Hyatt were really much better. One night here really lowered the experience of the entire trip to Greece.
Ctrip should do more research and be more fair when ranking hotels.

It's close to the Acropolis and other tourist areas by foot. The immediate area is not the best but you can go anywhere easy enough. You have a good view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. There is no front desk so you have to organize everything by email but they are pretty quick with responses. Overall good and probably would stay again.

MMC338Relative new and modern hotel, 10 mins walk close to Acropolis, museum and slopes; price for value including nice breakfast, having small gym & sunna though it could be a bit noise if having a room facing the Main Street (provided ear plugs if needed).

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near a busy road. The hotel is located within walking distance of fun neighbourhoods like Plaka and Monastiráki. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was small but had a good assortiment. However not all pastries seemed fresh. Our biggest let down was the room. Our room was located on the ground floor, next to the elevator. The room was quite dark and very noisy.
