GGuest UserThe rooms are comfortable and the four hot springs that can be used as family baths are all excellent. Dinner is very delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was also healthy, delicious, and plentiful. My parents highly praised both dinner and breakfast. Also, the staff welcomed us with bright and lively energy, making us feel very happy during our stay. The onigiri served for lunch was also delicious. If I go to Mt. Aso again, I will visit again. Thank you for the precious memories I had with my parents.

GGuest Userthe hotel is located just next to the asso station, very convenient for visistors
there is no restaurants inside the hotel, but we can buy food from the market near the station and reheat / eat at the pantry of the hotel, which is a very comfortable place for eating
another good thing is that there is a public onsen nearby (3 mins walk), a nice experience!
also parking / renting cars is so convenient too (toyota rent a car shop is just few meters away from the hotel)

SSupasinee TOne of the best onsen hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, featuring three basins and two restrooms—plenty of space for three adults. The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers, creating a beautiful and peaceful environment. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many options to choose from. We were so happy with our stay at this hotel!

SSooI recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Aso, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in the heart of Aso’s beautiful nature, with breathtaking views right from the room. The hotel’s onsen was a highlight, offering a relaxing and peaceful way to soak in the scenery. The food was also incredible, with delicious local dishes that really captured the flavors of the region. The vibes throughout the hotel were warm and cozy, making it feel like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle.
The only downside was that the bed was a bit small for two people, so it felt a little tight. But everything else more than made up for it. The hotel also offers plenty of parking, so getting around was easy. The price was definitely reasonable for the experience, and given the amazing views, great food, and tranquil onsen, it felt like a great value. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Aso!

GGuest UserThe service attitude of the counter staff was good, and the accommodation rules were clearly explained. The public bathhouse on the first floor is well-equipped. There was a little girl crawling in the outdoor female public pool on the top floor, so I didn't go there. There are many types of breakfast, and there is unlimited supply of Aso milk. You can eat a lot. full.
It is recommended to live in a high-rise building, so you can see the beautiful scenery of Mount Aso outside the window in the morning.

WwahwahIt is located near the golf course hotel halfway up Aso Volcano. It has a beautiful environment and you can see the stars in the sky at night. The dinner buffet style includes delicious long-legged crab legs, as well as all-you-can-drink hot and cold sake. It takes just over 20 minutes to drive to the Aso Volcano Museum.

GGuest UserLike the onsen in the hotel; onsen water is good and big enough for 6-7 person to use. Japanese breakfast served by staff was quite substantial and tasty.
The room that we stayed is quiet and faces mountain and park. Bathroom a little small but clean. There wasn’t any wardrobe but there were hooks on the wall and hangers were provided.
