Really love everything here. Good price with superb service. We met two Thai staff (Gen & Toi) and they were very helpful. Recommend the nice restaurant in the mall. The room was nice and clean. We will comeback again for sure. Very easy to go for shopping :)

Everything is good but for the awful buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the 4th floor. Glad that we didn’t purchase the breakfast tickets for the second day.

Everything is great except that there are too many people staying in the hotel, and it becomes quite crowded at peak hours.

The JR Inn has such a good location, 2 minute walk from the train station. The staff are very polite and helpful. The bathroom and shower are new and very clean

Second stay after almost 6 years. Difference carpark is no longer free - think this is the new trend since April 2025. Service is not as warm as previous. Location is good as there is supermart below.

Centrally located in the city. I was assigned to a square facing room which was nice and bright.The room was equipped with a humidifier. The check-in staff asked if I parked the car at the aeon mall without me asking for parking payment details. Thumbs up!

I really do like the wooden design and the vibe of this place. Nice view from the hotel, the configure of the room is nice too. They provide a bottle of water to your room everyday which the other hotels I stayed in Hokkaido did not.

Location of the hotel js superb. Directly linked with Asahikawa JR station and Asahikawa Aeon Mall. Excellent Japanese business hotel, with lounge, public bath. Room Size is reasonable. For those who drive to the hotel, the hotel parking is Aeon mall parking lot. One night ¥800. Overall a very good hotel. Highly Recommended.

Service was great. Breakfast was buffet style which was good. Facilities especially the gender-separate public baths were great to have as one can soak in the warm waters to relieve one’s aching muscles after a tiring day of exploring Asahikawa, Biei and Naka-Furano. Best of all, the elevator to the hotel ‘s 2nd floor lobby is located inside the main entrance to AEON Mall and just next door to JR Asahikawa station.

Aeon Mall is just below the hotel. The hotel lift is accessible to the shopping mall.

Strategically located right at the JR station. Perfect for travelers with large suitcases as you can take the elevator right inside AEON mall. There was heavy rain during our stay but not an issue for us as we spent almost our entire day shopping at AEON. The ramen shops were phenomenal, just within 10 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. 山頭火and 青葉are highly recommended.
