Staff are helpful and friendly. The decor is old and my room needed refurbishment. Location is good and a reasonable price.

The place is old and carpet is very dirty. Second floor can smell other people smoking. The dryer is dusty and doesn’t work.

Perfect central location, rooms are very old and dated, carpets very stained , you have to pay 1100 yen parking per night. It’s a shower and a bed but there’s definitely better value options around.

Service is very good and the staff are super polite. No parking at hotel though, can only park nearby with a charge.

Booked the hotel later finds out it was smoking room. Request none smoking room. Hotel requested up charge I approved. Went ahead room is smoking smell we both don’t smoke. It was very unpleasant.

I don't know why this hotel is rated three stars and is so expensive. It's completely old and run-down, the windows don't open, and the toilet smells terrible. After I lay down and looked around, I seriously doubted its hygiene. When I checked in, the front desk clerk made me wait for a long time before coming out to greet me.

The air conditioner makes noise like an airplane turbine and it is impossible to sleep. The light in the room burned out, we did not investigate, but such things should be checked by the staff before moving in. Otherwise, everything is fine

The hotel is not too far from Asahikawa Station. There is a busy shopping area next to it, so it is relatively convenient for shopping or eating. I checked in late that day and had to look for it before I saw it.

The hotel is very close to JR Asahikawa Station, which is suitable for transiting at Asahikawa Station the next day. The room facilities are complete and clean. There are pedestrian streets, shops, and coffee shops nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel service staff is very professional and friendly. The service of Japanese hotels I have stayed in along the way is always high standard. The check-in process was very pleasant, but I have to say that the overall hotel facilities are already relatively old, which has nothing to do with the service staff. I think the boss should spend some money to renovate the hotel's infrastructure. I can feel that the staff maintains it very attentively and it is clean and tidy, but the hotel owner really should come out to renovate it.

The room is old. It is a non-smoking room, but it smells like cigarettes and makes strange noises. Apart from the price and location, there is nothing to recommend.

It was tourist season, so it was hard to find a reasonable hotel, so I chose this one. It was a room-only hotel, so I don't know about the meals, but it's fine if you're just staying overnight. The room was the size of a regular business hotel. If you have a lot of luggage, you can't spread it out, but I only had one bag, so it wasn't a problem. There were some parts of the room wallpaper that were rolled up. It didn't affect my stay, but it was bothersome.
