Lovely welcome on arrival from reception, super apartment with quirky furnishings and lovely verandah overlooking the bay. We would DEFINITELY return and recommend this accommodation highly.

Very tastefully, individually furnished, clean apartments with balconies (sea view!!) and very comfortable beds in an ideal location within walking distance of the beach, city center, and bus stop. Beautifully furnished roof terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds and a magnificent view! Very friendly, hassle-free service and check-in – we've already stayed there three times and would love to come back.

A clean, freshly decorated apartment with a modern shower room, close to restaurants. The apartment had a seaview, and the added bonus was that we were able to watch the 3 Kings Procession from the balcony on 5th January. However, the furniture/furnishings had seen better times. The sliding doors on the wardrobe had been removed and not replaced. There were no shelves in the kitchen cupboards, therefore all the pots & pans & tableware were stored on the worktop. This did not affect us as we did not use the kitchen, but it wasn't hygenic to have those items exposed. Also there was not a single drawer in the whole apartment. There were no English channels on TV. Car parking was discounted at €13.50 per day in an underground car park nearby.

All rooms can be reached by elevator, all rooms have a sea view and a barrier-free shower, but unfortunately the tiles are slippery. Kitchen equipment is very poor, no coffee machine, just an espresso maker. Room cleaning is top-notch and towels are changed regularly. Clothes rack on the balcony and the option to have breakfast for two. Unfortunately there is no shade. Roof terrace with deck chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Lounge with drinks fridge on reception level, reasonable prices. Access to the hotel with a code. If you want to park your rental car in the underground car park, the hotel offers discounted access. Just ask when you check in. There is no parking in front of the hotel, and parking is even prohibited. This accommodation is suitable for people who like to party, like to be in the middle of the action and like to turn night into day. Not a location for those seeking peace and quiet, as the square and beach are used almost daily as Arrecife's event mile.

I booked the apartment via booking. The location is very beautiful, a little eclectic. The entrance has a sliding door with access code, after a couple of marble steps there is the desk where you check in. Further on is a small artistic lounge where you can relax, drink coffee and read. There is an elevator that even has relaxing music. The apartment is elegant and refined with inserts and valuable ornaments: the marble bathroom with large shower and opaque sliding glass door, well-arranged seating and sleeping area with comfortable beds, coffee table and armchair and even a floor lamp with a golden parrot. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the new square in front and the seafront and there is a small table with two chairs: it was nice to dine outside with that view. The kitchen is small but very useful: few utensils but the necessary ones are there. There is also the possibility of a paid laundry and a yacuzi on the upper floor. In short, everything is a work of art. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the parking... being in the center it is very difficult to find and alternatively they offered one for a fee. Good experience!

We really enjoyed the terrace at breakfast and the beer at sunset, the perfect location, we loved the decoration, very comfortable and clean and the staff very attentive. Playa del Reducto is a minute's walk away, ideal for the last sun and sea bath of the afternoon, without wind, always with good sea. And for dinner, a 15-minute walk to Charco de San Ginés and its restaurants (I recommend La Raspa). A complete success...
