I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room I was pretty and most importantly, clean. I ordered room service which was fast and delicious. I attended a conference in their conference space which was also a nice experience. Coffee and tea was provided and it was very pleasant. I would definitely chose this hotel again and highly recommend.

1. Background: The flight was cancelled and I booked it at short notice. When I arrived, there were no slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, the shower gel in the bathroom had been used up, and there was no bottled water. Although the tap water was drinkable, you should at least provide a free bottle... A bottle of 1ml downstairs cost 7 US dollars. Alas 2. Service: I called the front desk after 10 o'clock in the evening, but no one answered. I called the wake-up service, but no one answered... 3. After 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there were all kinds of door closing and opening sounds, talking sounds, and luggage dragging sounds in the corridor. It was very, very noisy. I don't think I am a picky person. I don't mind the noise, but I feel irritated. This is really not okay. 4. Maybe I booked a double room, which is destined to be a party disaster area. I suggest you avoid it. Ctrip is a silent user for thousands of years. The first bad review is for you.

Our family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance.
