Storybook Loft is the bigger sister of Storybook Studio, offering a charming escape in Downtown Stuart. You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a King bed and massage chair, the other with a Queen bed, a full bathroom, a small living room with an extendable couch, and a dining area. The Loft is made for relaxation, with no full kitchen so you can simply enjoy your stay. Whether you’re coming to rest, or simply to step out of the rush of life, this space was created to hold you.Enjoy a spacious backyard -Enjoy a spacious backyard with stunning waterfront views, perfect for admiring sunsets or spending leisurely days outdoors.Other things to note-Ensuring your safety is our top priority.-We have implemented a highly sensitive alarm system to protect you and our property.-As such, we strictly prohibit indoor smoking, candle lighting, and the use of unauthorized cooking appliances.-Should the alarm be triggered during your stay, necessitating a fire department response, you will incur a charge for the firefighting service fees.-Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. Pet policy: We welcome dogs and cats in our home!Here are a few guidelines to ensure a smooth stay:-Pet Fee: $75 fee per stay (only one pet is allowed).- Damage fee: A fee of $250 will be applied as a result of damage caused by a pet, plus the cost of the repair.-Pets should not be left unattended in and around the property.-Cleanup: We appreciate your help in picking up after your pet in and around the property.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
