We are also close to two nice plazas .We are an 8 min drive from downtown ,park Zoo and Dartmouth Mall, and Beach,(fort Taber). You can use any room and it includes a washer and dryer in the basement. I just remodeled a room, with a computer station in the basement, making it five rooms available now, for the same price.
