"The room was a decent size. With two 1.2-meter single beds pushed together, it was perfectly fine for a family of three with a child. What truly impressed me was that the bathroom also came with a huge bathtub. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, offering a variety of toiletries, a selection of bath salts in different scents, and even two types of granular hair treatment serum. That was a delightful surprise! I also picked up several packets of drip coffee and tea bags! There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs. The hotel is not far from the JR station; it's a short walk – just exit the East Gate, cross the street, and walk straight down the main road. It's also close to the fresh market and the fish market. I highly recommend the 12-piece seafood rice bowl at the fish market for 2200 yen!"

"Easy to get to from the airport. Great facilities. Coin laundry available. Free mask. Lawson and bakery downstairs. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Free water and tea dispenser outside the lift at every floor."

"It was my first time staying in Aomori in a while. As it was cherry blossom season, I visited the nearby Gappo Park and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful blooms. The downtown area was also conveniently close, making it a short walk to my evening social gathering."

"Aomori City was experiencing a terrible snowfall that day, so we arrived about two hours later than planned. We contacted them while driving to inform them that we would be delayed, and finally arrived much later than planned, driving through the heavy snow, but the response and consideration of the front desk staff was heartwarming."

"So satisfied with our stay! 5 mins walk from station, food options nearby. Lobby is at L3, lobby is big and LOTS of amenities provided! Including bed room Slippers! Love the room size too! More than enough space to open our 3 big luggages. Toilet and bath area are separated. Stayed at the MYSTAYS in tokyo and didnt expect anything. But was really surprised at this location!Really really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back!!"

"Though it may not be very near the bus terminal/ train station, it was very convenient for us to walk to the bus terminal/train station every morning which was near the Tourist Information Centre, Aomori City. As for the hotel room, it was very comfortable and the breakfast spread was substantial indeed. Would I still book a room in JAL CITY AOMORI when I next visit Aomori? YES, I certainly would! It’s still the BEST location for me to visit the places around the vicinity. There is indeed SO MUCH to see around the hotel. The A-FACTORY is one of the FUN places of interest in AOMORI. YAY!"

"The hotel is within walking distance of Aomori Station and attractions such as the Nebuta Museum WA RASSE, Aomori Bay Bridge, and Setsuda Shrine. Directly opposite the hotel, there's a restaurant serving delicious Miso Milk Ramen. If you turn right upon exiting the hotel and walk towards the station, you'll also find a renowned local restaurant specializing in sashimi and various scallop dishes."

"Just another toyoko inn, nothing to be complained about. But this hotel is just 1 minute walk away from Bus Mizuumi which is heading to Towada lake for seeing fall foilage. You can have your breakfast in hotel without rushing."

"The hotel is very close to Shin-Aomori Station and is a good place to stay when going to Hirosaki to enjoy the cherry blossoms. You can call up the booking information and check in by scanning your passport, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good. However, there is really no one around Shin-Aomori Station. If you want to eat or go shopping, you have to walk for half an hour or take a bus to Aomori."
