The room is very large, the furniture is all solid wood, very heavy, and the refrigerator, body scale, bathtub, sofa, bathrobe, etc. are all available. The TV is also very convenient. There are many other services that I have not used, such as supper, honey water, etc. The welcome fruit and energy packs are also very attentive. The bedding is also good, very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and high-end. The breakfast restaurant is luxurious, the service staff greets with a smile, helps to get food, and the breakfast variety is also rich, with everything you need and local special snacks. When I expressed that the air conditioner was not too cold, I immediately arranged for the air conditioner to be delivered to the room and changed my room. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is also very good and convenient. The food can be delivered to the room after ordering. In addition, because of the high-speed rail, the hotel also specially extended the check-out time, so I didn't have to rush. There are two shortcomings. First, the air conditioner needs to be repaired as soon as possible. The weather is hot and the central air conditioner is not working. This is a taboo. The air conditioner is not working. Second, breakfast was held the next day. It was obviously a bit hectic when there were many people. The yogurt was also gone, which was a bit regrettable. In short, this trip to Anyang left me with a good impression. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will still choose this hotel.

It was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.
