Response from Property: Dear Sir, We are certainly a modest two stars, but we do our best to be attentive to our guests and to accompany their stay as well as possible. We have taken note of everything that may have led to your mixed feelings. However, we are happy to see that you appreciated our convenient location and our helpful staff. For parking, there are many free spaces from 8pm to 9am. Otherwise, we have negotiated a very attractive rate with the Parking Saint-Laud: if you stay for a long time, we sell tickets at the reception desk which for 1€ allow you to deduct 6€ from your total parking cost. You mention our privileged location in the heart of the city as well as the welcoming room in which you stayed, so it is a shame to focus your rating only on the aspects that pleased you less.
