It’s a good hotel in a very good location just in the centre

Super comfortable hotel in a great location. Free access to swimming pools and saunas was fantastic.

Very friendly staff , room very clean

The price was too high for the facilities, which were very old, and the services were very limited (internet didn't work, they didn't change the sheets or towels,...). In half-board, drinks are not included, nor is water, which was filled from a bottle from the tap and cost 2.60 euros.

It was a cheap stay for Europe and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit Andorra because the road from France was closed during my trip. But based on other reviews, I believe that this is a very good hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located and the facilities, breakfast and spa are very good, but the only drawback is that the bathroom in the room is a bit dated, but very complete and spacious.

The room was very clean and the reception staff were always friendly. You get a spa which is much appreciated when it starts to get cold. There are extra pillows in the cupboards which is much appreciated. The buffet is continental and is fine. It would be better if they changed the coffee machine which is a bit old!

Hotel located in the city center, clean, friendly staff, a small downside on the spa to be shared with 3 other hotels so too many people each time, parking is problematic 26€ per night very expensive or Pyrenees parking 15€ per night

Breakfast at the Mercure Hotel is good.

Privileged situation. Facilities without luxuries but very clean and correct. Nice staff. Varied buffet breakfast. Spectacular buffet dinner.
