Desde el primer momento nos sentimos acogidos por el personal del hotel, siempre atentos y dispuestos a hacernos la estancia lo más cómoda posible. Nos ofrecieron todas las facilidades necesarias, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. La habitación era impecable, con una cama muy cómoda y unas vistas maravillosas al canal, perfectas para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

From the first moment we felt welcomed by the hotel staff, always attentive and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They offered us all the necessary facilities, which made our experience even more pleasant. The room was impeccable, with a very comfortable bed and wonderful views of the canal, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Without a doubt, a place we would return to without thinking twice.

A great room, great location, great staff.  I can’t say anything else! A free minibar of cola. water and juice.  A great addition.   The room was nice and cool to my liking.    The bed was soft and the pillows were perfect.   The WiFi worked well.    The curtains kept out the light so I could sleep late and the elevator only worked with a card to keep out intruders. Perfect stay!  Even helped arrange a cheaper travel to the airport    

Very good stay experience
There are two tram stations nearby and the metro station is not far away
The hotel cleans and replenishes coffee, tea, shower gel and other items every day
The room is very clean and the soundproofing is very good
Air conditioning
