Location of property very good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness good. Service prompt. Breakfast nice. Only mattress is too spongy. I needed or-tho matress. Ac too cool as central ac. Control not available in rooms. Room locks difficult to open. Need replacement. Otherwise overall good value for money.

Country inn hall of heritage amritsar is the best hotel in amritsar. They have wide variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and quality of food was great. Room was spacious and clean. Property was neat and clean, well maintained. Room amenities was great and all amenities are of 5 star hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is.
Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife.
The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff.
Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib.
Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

CcxqdwdThe hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient.
Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality.
Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean
Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average.
Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink.
It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

KKevin GurbaniMy 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

GGuest UserGreat location but bedsheets were infested with bugs. Staff behavior was pleasant enough. We were supposed to check-in after 2pm but we reached amritsar by 9:30am and the hotel authority was kind enough to let us check in early. We noticed the bugs (white worm like) crawling under the pillows by the next morning and immediately requested fresh sheets, but they only provided us with the same by evening which was a little off putting. Apart from this incident, the stay was good enough. 5. 4
