A Chinese owned Homestay and it was exactly like what you can get in China They are friendly and offered free airport pickup and room upgrade Only wish they could have cleaner bathroom as it is shared with other guests

The hotel is far from Airport. As shown in the pictures and description the room doesn't have it's seperate washroom. The room is not cleaned.

Very friendly host. They provide transit between homestay and hotel. The location is very good since its less than 30minutes from Riyadh Front Exhibition Center. They have included free breakfast, and optional cheap chargeable lunch/dinner. It is not easy to find local chinese food (personally prepared by host !) in foreign land.

A very, very good B&B! The food is very, very authentic. At first, I didn't have any expectations and thought how could I eat authentic food? But Chef Reuben learned from the boss, and it was super delicious. I was stunned!!! The boss was very nice and introduced us to local attractions. He even drove us to the exhibition and took us to the attractions during the break. Thank you boss!!! The B&B is also very clean, and there are game consoles in the living room! The boss is humorous and easy to get along with (you must have lunch and dinner here! It's very delicious, and many of the seasonings are bought by the boss himself at a high price)

The room is very good, with a private bathroom, and there is a dedicated person to cook. The food is delicious, and there is also the owner's secret hot sauce, which is quite delicious. The best thing about the B&B is that you can wash clothes, and there is disinfectant. You can wash clothes once in a week's trip

The staff was very kind and responded quickly to my inquiries via chat app. There was a kettle in the common area, which was convenient.

The hotel service is very good, and the boss warmly picked us up at the airport in the early morning. The hotel is in a good location and has complete facilities. You can eat familiar Chinese food without going out. And I got a preliminary understanding of Saudi Arabia through the boss. It's like an information center in Riyadh. It's my first time in Saudi Arabia. I didn't make any plans. I just went to this B&B without thinking. It's close to the airport, which is very convenient for both going out and entering the city. The room is large and clean. The best thing is that I feel at home when I come here. The moment I enter the room, I can naturally relieve the fatigue of the day. They are all from China on business or tourism. Everyone can live in a relaxed manner and enjoy the chef's meal together. Even if I come back very late at night, the boss will reserve dinner for me in advance. I will come here again on business trips in the future. It's a pity that the highest praise is only 5 stars, and the manual 10-star praise.

The location of the B&B is very good, only eight kilometers away from the exhibition hall and not far from the airport. The boss is very nice and considerate in every aspect. The Chinese home in Riyadh, the boss is very nice. You can chat and watch football in the evening, and you can eat authentic Chinese food for three meals a day. It is more comfortable than ordinary hotels. Many Chinese people come here to stay. The boss picks you up and drops you off at the airport for free.

The room is very good, cleaner than 90% of hotels. Mainly because they are all Chinese, it is easy to communicate and relatively safe. I like the chef's cooking skills👍

I booked a room without a private bathroom, but there were not many people staying there, so I had my own bathroom. There was an airport pick-up service, breakfast was included, the Chinese staff were very friendly, and the service was particularly good. If there were any shortcomings, it would be that the professionalism of the facilities and hygiene was slightly worse, but it didn't have much of an impact. I still slept well, and it was very good overall.

It's the best. It's run by Chinese people, and it's the best place to stay for a cheap transit!! Just bring a shower towel. ㅎㅎ
