Hotel Location and Staff Behaviour is very nice..

Location is good and around there have many restaurants. The room is big and clean. Opposite side there is an exchange which is very convenient. In here, many thanks to the Reservation manager, KAIRAT, he is very kind and helpful. He helped us to arrange the multi days tour. The tour was very good. Another thing is, we have overbooked one more night after the tour and he helped us to cancel it without any additional charges.

Thank you for the suggestions and help from front staffs very impressed us. The location was near Church, park, Green market. The breakfast was great as well, so for long trip around 19 days and many hotel we stayed, this hotel really make me feel the best.

The hotel is at prime location close to arbat street

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are big enough and clean. The on-site restaurant cooks good food but the waiting staff doesn't speak much English so you might get still water when asking for sparkling water.

It is very close to the Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazaar, gun shop, and 28 Martyrs Cemetery. It is very convenient to exchange foreign currency near the hotel, and the exchange rate is higher than that of the long-distance bus station. The beautiful girl at the front desk will help you call a taxi. The hotel breakfast is very special. I went there just because of the negative reviews from Chinese people.

The location is good and the breakfast is quite rich. The hotel facilities are relatively old. There is a Nigerian lobby guy who is very friendly. The overall experience is still OK...

The picture looks better. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is not very tasty and the breakfasts are not very good.

The pros are the location - near the Ascension Cathedral and the restaurant - inexpensive and very tasty Overall I would give it 3 stars maximum - there are much better hotels in the same price category - for example Holiday Inn Almaty

Good hotel, stayed one night, didn't have time for the spa, good breakfast

The location is very good, the main attractions are within walking distance, there are many places to eat around, and it is very close to the pedestrian street. There is a currency exchange shop opposite the hotel. The breakfast is simple, but the taste and quality are good. After we moved to Mercure, the taste of breakfast in this hotel is the best. The room can see the snow-capped mountains. The downside is that the bathroom in the hotel lobby is relatively dirty…

The hotel breakfast is OK, there are edible vegetables, but the twin bed is really narrow, the room is small, and the cost performance is not high
