Good hotel. Very new and modern. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool area great and room service was perfect. Free airport shuttle which was a bonus!!

Not bad

I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine. For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.

Very nice hotel, located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes on foot from the Bab Ezzouar shopping center.

The breakfast is very good and rich. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the new airport.

Hotel service is very good

Hotel conditions meet the price, business travel needs. Family trips can choose other hotels with better cost performance.

The hotel is worthy of the five-star standard, but the room is too small and the bathroom facilities feel very poor

That went quite well.

When visiting the hotel make sure to visit the 13th floor lounge. There you will find one of the most tentative staff members Mustapha that ensures everything is ready for your leisure. His attention to the patrons is always at the top of the list and comes with a genuine smile.

Although the room was clean and the staff friendly, our stay here was not a good experience. There was a party going on in the neighbouring room when we wanted to sleep. Only after complaining for the fifth time something was done about it. Furthermore, items that were missing in the room were only brought after several calls, and something was always forgotten. Paying in the restaurant was very difficult. I wanted to take the amount to the room, but that turned out not to be possible. They would rather have paid in cash. But I did not have that much money (these are just European prices) in cash. After a lot of hassle at the reception, it turned out that they had to increase the guarantee on my credit card. In the meantime, my family was waiting at the table and I had spent nearly half an hour trying to settle the bill. Not exactly a relaxed evening. I will never go back there again.
