Het hotel was boven verwachting, alles schoon en netjes. Heerlijk zwembad, fijne ligbedden en bamboe zitjes. Kamers basic maar schoon en ruim. Het strand is met de Uber €4,50 en het centrum ook. Albufeira Old Town is erg gezellig en veel restaurants.

Don't come near this place if you are over 25..... and thats pushing it. Full of kids causing havoc. Out till 6am waking up all residents. Caught one lad urinating off the balcony. Throwing toilet rolls out of windows. screaming and shouting from balconies, take over the entire pool Jet 2 claimed this was a family hotel IT IS NOT . So be warned !!!!

Myself and one other friend were prevented from leaving this hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning by an overly aggressive and intimidating receptionist. He was unable to give us a valid reason for this before he kindly informed us if we gave him 1500 euros we would be free to go!! He took both of our phones from us and smirked while so. We were so lucky that the receptionist would be so brainless as to leave our phones charging behind reception (so we could send the money to his bank) before we could grab them and make a run for it while his eyes were elsewhere.

Fabulous for the price. Rooms are basic but very clean. Lovely pool which is thoroughly cleaned every day .pool bar is lovely also serving drinks including cocktails and very good snack meals . The staff were all absolutely lovely especially Marcos who couldn’t have been more helpful. One of our party was ill and Marcus did everything possible to help . All in all everything we could have hoped for .

Wat een slecht hotel is dit zeg. Alles was al kapot toen we aankwamen dus we kregen onze 200€ borg niet terug. Receptie was onaardig scholden ons uit. Mijn one million parfum van paco rabanne is gestolen door de cleaning ladies. Ga alsjeblieft niet naar dit hotel het is niet gezellig prijzen bij de bar zijn veel te duur. Marcus van het hotel is een zak die denkt dat hij een mannetje is. Voor de rest wel een leuke tijd in Albufeira gehad. Maar de volgende keer dat ik hier ga boeken ga ik niet hier meer heen.

People That work here are very mean. They yell at you and are not able to have a normal conversation. Watch out for the cleaning ladies they steal things from youre room. Towels were Never replaced and a lot of shady characters walking around the area.

Me and my partner stayed here for our second holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for more wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff who were always up for a laugh! Rooms were clean and cleaners came in every day. We would most definitely come back! Loved every second
