Good enough

A clean, modern hotel right on the water and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the replica of a historic ship.

The experience was awesome, the service was best, clean rooms and toilets, the cleaner was so honest, i have left my Apple Watch while visited Albany when i came back the watch was still at the same place where i have left it. I am very impressed by service as well. I forgot to drop towels on the floor so they didnt change the towels, when i came back to hotel and i have noticed the towels didn’t change due to my misunderstanding the receptionist came and drop the cleaned towels in couple of minutes. The staff was amazing and the hotel location was awesome Highly recommend

Good room location. We enjoyed our stay here in Albany Hilton garden inn.

Had to find last minutes reservation here due to unforeseen circumstances at our original booking at other accomodation. Very clean and nice. Will be back here next time again.

Perfect location but no room service for food. Housekeeping poor. Came to clean room but didn’t change dirty linen. Love breakfast and location.

Services and amenities were pretty poor and reception was not welcoming and unfriendly.

It's barely clean, probably the better hotel here. But the breakfast is rubbish, almost nothing is there when I go there at 9 o'clock. Not as good as the domestic all seasons. Albany city is nice

The hotel's breakfast is good. The quality of Hilton Hotel is good. It is also convenient for travel. It is a good choice in Albany. It is also convenient to eat out.
