I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel - We arrived around 1am and the hotel had bread roll with option of cheese, jam or butter with fruit which was so nice and thoughtful after travelling all day from Scotland - There’s two separate buildings/blocks for the rooms we are in Block C which is quiet and our room has plenty of space with double bed and sofa bed along with balcony (view is out onto the street) - Airconditioning and safe comes with the room, we didn’t have to pay extra our cases and bags were taken to our room on arrival and we were shown how to work everything which was really nice - Staff are approachable and friendly, always smiling and you can see that they all get along with each other and work together - Hotel is spotless and very clean, the buffet for mealtimes is small but there is always plenty of choice with things suitable for children and fussy eaters, the snack bar is always filled with fresh fruit, hot food, ice creams, chocolate fountain etc such a variety of choice that changes everyday. I have no complaints about anything at this hotel and recommend you book here

We went as a group of two families & stayed in the suites, they were lovely, clean and spacious! The beautiful garden at the back of the suites had a small shared pool for a more chilled vibe which we mainly used late afternoons. We were very close to the slide area too which was a bonus! The large pools area was lovely, always a sunbed spare and lots of staff going around cleaning up. We couldn’t fault the food, the was a wide variety to choose from, snack bars open all day. Over all amazing stay and would 100% go back. There was a big park for the kids & the entertainment was great. Thank you

Firstly if you use any type of walking aid like a wheelchair, frame, stick or find it difficult to walk up steep hills then do not stay here as it is not suitable. The steepest part is the last 20 metres or so to the entrance. If you are ok with walking , its only around five minutes from hotel entrance to flat level surface / road, I booked and paid for this room through travel republic to stay from 22 November 2024 until 1st December 2024. My flight was delayed due to security incident at Gatwick for 24 hours. Due to incompetent transfer company SUN TRANSFERS who took seven hours getting me from Airport to Hotel, I didnt arrive until around 4.30am at the hotel which in total was over 24 hours later than planned. When I arrived at hotel there was a miserable Turkish man who said my room had been taken. I told him I had paid and the dates. I was standing in the rain, wind, wet and damp at 4.30am trying to explain that I need my money back if they have sold the room and its unfair to keep my money then sell for more money to someone else. How can I muster up a room at that time of the morning. The SUN TRANSFER was getting angry due to waiting for around 45 mins while I am at stalemate so he just gave me my case and left. Eventually the misery let me stay but I didnt know if it was for the duration I had paid or just one night. I had no help with case to get it to room and I should not be lifting weights due to back surgery. The same miserable Turkish male takes guard duties at breakfast. I try to stay fit and healthy and my weight average partly due to having back operation. I don't eat cheeses or meats, chips, battered things, bread or most of whats available and one morning just had lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe and cereal. I took two small apples and could not believe it when he told me to put one back. I showed him my plate and that I hardly had anything but still had to put one back. Im meant to be on holiday and get told to put an apple back. This was so humiliating. The eggs were difficlut to peel so only had a boiled egg once or twice. Considering I had arrived over 24 hours late and still paid and also checked out at 4am so didnt have the breakfast I paid for on the day I left, I think this was a disgraceful way to treat a guest. That two extra breakfast I had paid for which didnt have. It is not a freindly welcoming place. None of the staff speak to you. The rooms are kept clean and bedding changed and its good you are able to bring your own food and drink in to hotel. There was a kettle, small hob and drinking glasses. No tea or coffee sachets provided or anything though. There was a fridge also a TV but no English stations. Personally I wouldnt stay here again and its not the fantastic place people make out it is. Maybe if you are on business and the hotel receiving money is all that matters but they just dont appreciate custom at this hotel. I just think the hotel getting paid matters and not the customer.

I liked the hotel. The room (after renovation) was given in the main building. Everything is in good condition. 800 steps to the beach. There is a shuttle service during the day. The food is decent. Chicken, turkey, fish are always served for lunch and dinner. Plenty of vegetables, fruits, salads... They even offer soup for breakfast! The staff is friendly. Many five-star hotels would envy such a level. Therefore, I recommend the hotel.

This is the WORST hotel that I have ever met! First of all, this hotel is NOT 4 Star and NOT all inclusive, a total waste of money. The rooms are small dirty and uncomfortable. Some of the staff is unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all! But the worst part was the kitchen, it’s a NIGHTMARE! The whole dining area is simply disgusting. Dirty everywhere, the food was horrible, doesn’t matter that breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack, everything was awful. 5 person out of 5 of us from the friendsgroup got sick from the food and unhygienic conditions everywhere, and one of them even went to hospital with food poisoning. Altough they sell it as all-inclusive, you have to pay for everything. Wi-fi, sunbed, even the orange juice for breakfast you have to pay for. All in all, it was a horrible experience to spend a week here, not worth a penny, and I would not recommend it for evenyone!
