I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

All liked it. Only the location is not very close to the city center (10 minutes by bus or an hour on foot). And also a problem for Russian travelers - the hotel does not accept unionpay cards.

Great hotel, has everything you need. The food is simply beyond praise. Great spa and massage. There are many shops nearby and there is where to walk along the promenade.

Our stay through Jet2 couldn't have been better! We were a couple; our daughter joined us the last week and thoroughly enjoyed her stay as well. The hotel staff are genuinely friendly and simply cannot do enough for their guests. Some we will always remember are Safak, Pirik, Ramazan, Salih, Layla, and Yaseem....and so many more! Our sweet, hard-working housekeepers greeted us with smiles and hellos every morning; Chef Halil ran a wonderful kitchen/dining room with food that was some of the best we've ever had. Our room had a sea view, which was amazing morning through night. The hotel was spotless; the pool area always well serviced. Even though everything wasn't open for season (pier out to the sea) when we were there in March, what was available was well-looked after. There are many places to congregate ; the Patisserie, the lounge area and bar, and seats throughout the reception area. There is computer and library access, indoor pool and well-equipped gym. We didn't use the sauna/spa/massage area or the beauty salon, but others seemed to enjoy it. There was evening entertainment in the lounge area; a variety of music, dancing, Karaoke, and time to play cards and chat with new-found friends. The road directly in front of the hotel is the main road/promenade that is a little busy, but we couldn't hear it in our room if our patio door was shut. There are bikes to rent, currency exchange and the front desk staff/technical support staff are all prompt, friendly and helpful. This is an ideal adults only get away hotel to do as much or as little as you'd like. We were all inclusive, which we would highly recommend. We travelled 5700 miles from the US to Turkey to this hotel and were not disappointed!

Just coming back from a week at this amazing hotel, the place is absolutely spotless clean and the food selection was amazing, don't expect all British cuisines, there is a snack bar served by the pool 10-4 which is more burgers & hot dogs pizza etc Pattisere serving cakes 10-10 and ice cream 1-3--30 The rooms are again spotless and even get a pillow menu a selection of 8 pillows as I was solo The staff are all lovely and helpful, they try there best with the languages I personally thought the cocktails they making had far too much spirits in them a few times I had to ask for less. I'm talking about puts hairs on your chest strong The pool outside is heated to 30c at the moment and was lovely, the beach is about 200 yards away and connect to the hotel, they have been getting it ready for the season whilst I've been here so it's all got boards you can walk on, the pier wasn't finished yet but not far off You can get a beer at the bar on the beach with your band but only efes Bloke in the sauna is way too pushy for my liking, several times I told him I didn't want anything and he is very annoying As he asked me every day at least 3 times Also they let people come into hotel trying to push tattoos on to you which also very pushy and even offer to pick me up in a car which I was abit worried about If you have never been to Turkey you will find out that most of the market sales man are all like this I did a rafting experience in tazi canyon and that was amazing also went to salda lake &Pamukkale

This is our 8th visit to this wonderful hotel. What I will say is for my wife and I it’s like home from home. The staff of this hotel make the place special from Ramazan working hard behind the bar to every single member of the staff in the restaurant. We will be back again The food is excellent the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Not far from the town centre too. Love the place

First time, for us, in this Hotel - and it is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable break. The hotel standard was better than I expected for its price point. It has a relaxing ambience. The most important thing, for us, is the staff. The staff here are not pushy and pretentious- they are genuine and friendly people.Their if you need them - around if you don’t … The Spa was important to us (as our aim was relaxation) the spa management was great - and they arranged special deals for multiple bookings. Individual thanks go to our masseuses Alit and Aiperi - absolutely professional and lovely people.

What a fantastic hotel enjoyed our 2 week stay immensely. Heated outdoor and indoor pool, fresh towels from the spa, plenty of sun beds and the best thing its a non smoking hotel with just a couple of specific places for the smokers. All the staff here are amazing but an extra special mention to Big Leyla who couldn't do enough for us all day with a smile always. The rooms are very up to date with great lighting effects, large modern shower and the bed OMG so comfortable even had a choice of pillows. The food was exceptional not at all what you expect from an all inclusive, the different choices available and the tastes brilliant made this the best I've ever had. It was my birthday whilst there and I got cake and champagne with my tea as well as a lovely fruit basket and bottle of wine with card in our room. Will definitely return probably later in the year

Here at the moment, just completed our first week with one more week to go. Everything is fantastic. Everywhere is so clean. Food is a high standard and a great choice. Snack bar is fantastic too. Presentation is amazing. Drinks are a good standard too. Staff are fantastic and always there to assist and bring us drinks. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. Looking forward to our last week and hope my partners birthday is a memorable one. Thank you everyone that is making our stay a good one

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Pristine and friendly. The staff could not do enough for us! We went in our honeymoon and got 5 star treatment. We had breakfast in bed one morning and an al-la-cart dinner, specially dressed for a honeymoon couple. The room was beautiful with sea view where we caught some beautiful sunsets. The room service was excellent. The waiting staff were brilliant and the little lady rolling pancakes was so sweet. Beautiful piano and flute music filled supplied an ambience on a few evenings - just beautiful! If you want something special - here is where you need to be. A big thank you to all at the C-Lounge from us as it’s a holiday we will never forget. Only one complaint: We had a wonderful Turkish Bath experience in the hotel’s spa but the man there continually pestered guests, relaxing around the pool area to have massages. We had one and had done what we had intended. It was great - we loved it but was hounded to do more, with “discounts” which we didn’t want! But that is the only complaint - everything else was just perfect! :D

Amazing all round stay, hotel spotlessly clean, food fantastic (even for a picky vegetarian like myself), staff friendly and hard working. Room with a sea view was spacious, bed huge and comfy and sank into pillows. Had a relaxing massage on first day here and staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed.

We stayed for a week in this hotel. The service is very good, the hotel is very clean. we got a turkish bath and took the massage package. Santi and Nisa are very good and nice therapists, we really enjoyed our time in the massage room. Thank you Santi and Nisa

Best hotel i have stayed in, in Alanya. And I have been here several times! Hotel staff is kind, food is good and rooms are fine. The hotel is clean. Only downside is that the floor in our room is broken and needs to be fixed. But the view over the sea is amazing. Room 622. I had hamam and 2 massages during the week. Best massage was by Anis. One of the best massages I ever had. Can definitely recommend her! We are definitely coming back here. Maybe next year.
