We went as a group of two families & stayed in the suites, they were lovely, clean and spacious! The beautiful garden at the back of the suites had a small shared pool for a more chilled vibe which we mainly used late afternoons. We were very close to the slide area too which was a bonus! The large pools area was lovely, always a sunbed spare and lots of staff going around cleaning up. We couldn’t fault the food, the was a wide variety to choose from, snack bars open all day. Over all amazing stay and would 100% go back. There was a big park for the kids & the entertainment was great. Thank you

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. I am busy with practice and competitions, and I haven’t enjoyed the free swimming pool, table tennis, and gym. I have a chance to come again Go, enjoy a cabaret show while having dinner. A great place for a family vacation.

Birçok otel gördüm her önüne gelenin barmen olduğu sanırım bir tek burada. Suçlu yönetim. Çok işe az personel çalışıyor bar kısmında. 10 gidişin 8inde sıra bekliyorsunuz. Barmenlerin ve yanındaki elemanların canı çıkıyor ama çocuklar yine de elinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Eleman az. Ama mesela aşçı kısmına gelelim eleman fazlalığı var. Barın yanında snack restoranda görevli 40 civarında yaşı olan aşçı arkadaş pek bir suratsız. Gerçi onun suratı benim keyfimi kaçıramaz. Restoranda masalara servis veren bütün gençler işinde hevesli ve iyiler. Ama iş yükleri aşırı fazla. Otelden milyonları götürüp elemanların canlarının çıkmasına sessiz kalmıyorum. Oteldeki barda bir kişi ismini vermeyeceğim yabancı müşterinin birine asıldı ne kadar kötü bir izlenim anlatamam. İngilizce bilmediğimizi düşündü sanırım. Sonrasında özel ücretsiz specialinden bende istedim 30snde hazırladığı başka bir basit içecek ile gönderdi beni. Kültür seviyesine bakarak çok da önemsemedim. Diğer barmen arkadaşlara sevgilerimi iletiyorum. Bazı yerli müşteriler evet gerçekten alıngan bir tavırla ön yargı ile geliyorlar türk müşterilere ayrım var vs gibi. Ben bu izlenimle gitmedim çünkü gerçekten sıkıntı profiller var ülkemizde. Buna rağmen sıfır önyargıyla gitmeme rağmen otel resepsiyonu beni zorla olumsuz yoruma itti. Öncelikle bize kattaki en küçük oda verilmiş. Kendini çok zeki sanan otel müdürü ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar iyi okusun buradan sonrasını. Sırf oda belirtmedik diye hayatımda gördüğüm en dar oda (ki bence o oda kapatılmalı)verildi. Aşağı gayet sakin kibar bir eda ile indim rica ettim. İlk başta bana full dolu olduklarını söylediler anlıyorum sizleri dedim ama çıkışlar olacaktır vs. Dediki işte çok zor ama not alalım vs geçiştirildim. Sonra bir daha indim dedim ki not aldınız umarım bana pek öyle gelmedi ama bakın sizden rica ediyorum ben gerginlik çıkaran o profilden değilim güzelce rica ettim elinizden gelirse çok memnun olurum. Tekrar işte Çarşamba boşalacak yerler var söz vermeyelim ama ( bu kısmı otel müdürü de bu şekilde iletti Çarşamba ayarlamaya çalışacağım) En son eşim kötü polis olarak indi aşağı dedi ki asla kabul etmiyorum o odada kalınmaz vs biraz uzattı hemen müdür bey ekranları kurcaladı yarın (salı günü) yer var onu ayarlayalım dedi. Şimdi sorarım sana ey müdür bey adam gibi konuşana mı tavrın ? Kibar olmak mı suç? Ağzınızı açsanız şikayet edeceğiniz ilk şey türk müşteri olur. E kardeşim sen kötü polisin isteğini yapıyorsun ?? Bilerek ve isteyerek yaptığımız iyi kötü polis taktiği ile isteğimizin olabileceğini gördük. Ayrıca yabancı turistler bu platform gibi daha ucuza yer ayarlıyorlar türk turistler daha pahalı ödüyorlar ( dolar bazında) Sıkıntınız nedir işte bunu çözemedim. Bunlar dışında Otelin spor salonu 10/2 kullanılmaz durumda Otelin yiyeceklerinde bazı ürünler ilk yetişene devamı olmuyor . standart ürünler devamı var ve sorunsuz ekleniyor. Çatal bıçaklar yeterince hızlı doldurulmuyor. Suçlu personel azlığı yani yönetimde. Bu gençlere üç kuruş veriyorsunuz ama en çok onların sırtından para kazanıyorsunuz. Büyük baş personellerin keyfi yerinde gördüm. Son olarak animatör tayfun beye sevgilerimi saygılarımı iletiyorum. O olmazsa otelinizde zaman geçmiyor:) Otele kötü yönetim az personelden dolayı nötr veriyorum. Kendini uyanık sanan müşteri geçiştiren yönetimden dolayı nötr yerine negatife çeviriyorum. 10/5 puanla bu incelemeyi kapatıyorum.

Went for a relaxing week away and that’s not what we got . Hotel was over run by 2 maybe 3 young football teams . The boys overtook the restaurant and I saw them handle food then put it back . They were also really roudy at pool and in rooms at night . My husband had to go to reception twice to report the noise (doors slamming and shouting etc) Food was truly rotten , not labelled so didn’t have a clue what it was or for people with allergies it was dangerous. Chef looked as if he could be the maintenance man as he was not in whites . No toaster which would have been a godsend as I might have ate something. Pool was murky looking and never once in a week did we witness it getting cleaned or any samples being taken . Staff rude . Tip boxes all over dining room as well as at front desk . Dirty plates lying on stairwell . Poor all inclusive drinks , no whisky or brandy or white rum . Holiday was not expensive but probably average for a week in Turkey . It was definitely a letdown to say the least and I recommend anyone to avoid .

The hotel liked everything. Both staff attitude and room. Location is not near the road but in a deadlock, which means silence. Not booked early check-in. arrived at 5 a.m. and despite this, breakfast and access to the pool were allowed. Even the room was settled 2 hours earlier. The kitchen was nice. It was very delicious. Surely next time we'll stop there.

Well where to start with this holiday. Firstly our transport didn’t know where he was going, so a 2 hr journey turned into a 4.5hr journey. Finally arriving at the hotel at around 3am we checked in ect. We were shown to our room which was out the main building. You go down some steep steps then up steep steps then down little alleys until u get to your room. Honestly the whole area smelt of sewage. Getting into our room we were so disappointed. One room had 2 singles and the other room had a double. In the bathroom some of the tiles were broken and everything was just very very dated. The food was terrible. I lived off bread for a week. In the snack bar it was the same food nearly everyday and the burgers weren’t cooked properly. The flies were also all over the food. On our last day someone had decided to poop on the water slides. It was on the bridge and in the slides. Other people including myself had went and reported it and nothing was done about it. Instead they decided to put the water on on the slides and it washed it away but all the kids were still splashing around in it. I can honestly say this holiday has put me off ever returning to turkey.

The hotel deserves a 1-star rating for numerous reasons. Firstly, the food selection was incredibly repetitive and not at all tailored for children, consisting mostly of rice and pasta with no notable Turkish-inspired dishes such as kebabs or other local specialties. This lack of variety and quality in the food was a significant disappointment, especially for families traveling with children who need more nutritious and appealing meal options. The rooms were another major letdown. They were very worn out and in desperate need of renovation. The furnishings were old and shabby, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The level of discomfort in the rooms severely affected our overall experience, as restful sleep is a crucial part of any vacation. The most alarming issue, however, was the safety hazard posed by the extremely hot floors around the pool area. This leads to the most distressing part of our stay. One afternoon, while we were enjoying the pool, our six-year-old daughter and another family member suffered severe burns on their feet from the scorching hot tiles around the pool. The ground was so hot that the child’s shoes actually melted, resulting in second-degree burns. This traumatic incident not only left our daughter in immense pain but also confined her to a wheelchair for the rest of the vacation. The other family member also sustained second-degree burns, which required multiple hospital visits. Despite raising our concerns with the hotel management, their response was dismissive and inadequate. They offered a fruit platter as compensation, which was insulting given the severity of the injuries sustained. The hotel manager acknowledged that the floor was extremely hot but did nothing to mitigate the hazard or assist us further. Their solution was simply to suggest that guests should wear shoes at all times, even though the child was wearing them when she got burned. Furthermore, the hotel's staff showed a blatant disregard for our well-being and the seriousness of the situation. We were left to arrange medical treatment on our own, and the lack of support and empathy from the hotel staff was shocking. Their refusal to acknowledge the problem and take appropriate action not only ruined our holiday but also put other guests at risk. We saw several other adults burn their feet on the same hot tiles during our stay, indicating that the issue was widespread and not just an isolated incident. In addition to these major issues, the general upkeep of the hotel was poor. Public areas were not well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or not as described, adding to our dissatisfaction. Given these numerous and serious shortcomings, we strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel. It fails to provide even the basic standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality. Our experience was deeply disappointin

Second time iv been to Grand Kaptan Alanya, honestly dont listen to bad reviews, iv already booked for next year. Firstly staff are amazing, very polite, helpful and always have a smile, the spa is amazing and very reasonably priced, had a hamam and full body massage then booked another 5 full body Bali massage, Pebri has a god given gift with her hands, will be booking again next year, very sweet lady with a beautiful smile. The photographers are fantastic, made even me look like a model. From receptionists to bar staff to cleaners, can not fault them at all. The hotel is located in Oba, 15 min drive by a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel into Alanya town and marina. Private beach right in the door step. The Entertainment staff are brilliant, mr motivator coco and elvis have such high energy, the aqua aerobics and aqua zumba was such a laugh, im missing the sound of Elvis and his darts game lol. Lastly but not least the moon bar at the top of the hotel, most amazing views of Alanya castle and coast, best mojitos in alanya. Counting the days till I'm back again next October. Thank you for an amazing holiday Grand Kaptan, I already miss you.....
