Hotel is very old

Everything was perfect

Clean, spacious and bright, good breakfast

We ate at the seafood night at The Blue. The manager, Nisar, made sure that we get the table that I pre requested. Once there the servers Mr Helal, Ganesh, Seraz and even Chef Anis made us feel well taken cared of.. They even gave in to our request of impromptu birthday cake bec we just learned that one of us just celebrated his birthday. We go back to The Blue a lot not just of the food, but also for the attentiveness of the staff.

Great customer service. Extremely professional staff working there. Friendly atmosphere. Team tried to be extremely supportive during my stay. Location is great, and rooms are spacious and clean. Also hotel is so quiet. Great for business trips. Thank you.

Booked airport pickup and waited 30 min .. no one showed up. Had to take a taxi from the airport and in my way to the hotel, someone called me with extremely bad communication could not understand a word … never seen such setup with 5 stars hotel. Disappointing

Went for the iftar buffet, excellent quality of food and arrangements. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The space was well managed, despite lot of people, it was not very crowded specially at the buffet tables. A must try experience if you are in Khobar

Friendly staff, easy checkin. Great service in the restaurant every morning makes a big difference. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The hotel is quiet and always clean. I’ve stayed here many times and have never had an issue with the hotel or staff. I recommend it to anyone staying in Al Khobar
