It is a good value. The hotel has been renovated and the bathrooms are very nice. The room itself feels older, which is not bad, but the floor is really cold. There is a big gap between the door and the floor, so there is always a cold draft across the floor. The TV is also very small. The good thing is that the coffee shop in the lobby is cozy, the pastries are delicious and there is a fireplace! The hotel also gives the access to the Grand Bath in Dai-Ichi Takimotokan

Hotel is near the entrance of Jigokudani. I stayed in the modern style room. The room was also clean. Self check-in using kiosk was very easy. You can enjoy the onsen in Dai-ichi Takimotokan. It is very good onsen. I do recommend it.

This hotel is in a walkable distance to the Hell Valley. It has a very very nice cafe on the first floor. We relax there often. Everything is just perfect to us.

The rooms are nice and the whole hotel seems to be newly renovated. The hotel stay comes with a complimentary access to Dai-ichi Takimoto Onsen, which is really the nicest and most relaxing spa we had been to in Noboribetsu. The freshly baked breads in the hotel were a little expensive but very tasty.

Excellently located hotel with access to the amazing onsen facilities in the adjoining hotel (multiple pools on a grand scale). Also has a great bakery and cafe onside. Staff are friendly and hotel is very clean. Wifi is a little unstable in some rooms - very strong in lounge area.

Value for money accommodation. The complimentary use of the grand bath at the opposite hotel was superb. 

Fabulous stay at adex Inn. Rooms look quite new and very clean. There is a nice lounge to hang out on the third floor and free access to the grand baths at takimotokan. Shout out to employee ＜hayakawa＞ who called the airport on my behalf to find out about my lost belongings. the service level and dedication of the hotel employees is second to none.

Worth the stay with sharing Onsen

The cafe is really nice place, but food is expensive. Fire place is nice, then 9:30 pm turn off the fire even we are still many people there…

generally quite clean but hotel is really really old, toilet is very poor and in serious need of refurbishment.

Minimum fuss self check-in/out. Very helpful staff. Only entrance Lobby cum Cafe is nicely remodeled. Room is dated. "False front"🤣
