Family-friendly Hotels in Al Khobar

Basically it was a fantastic experience. Everything was outstanding. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice and clean BUT there was no guard/keeper. Keep up the good work

Overall it was a great experience apart from the food, not a lot of options in the buffet, and the staff told us we only paid for 1 breakfast even if it’s for 2. Room was neat and clean :)

Update, according to the contract this place is (HIGH ALERT SECURITY) and could be a public risk. Positives: Location (easy to get there). Acceptable price. Designs and decorations. Cleanness. Nearby beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids playgrounds with control cameras on the room. Handicaps’ private parking. Areas of Improvement: High alert security policies (difficult accessibilities). Limited and difficulty to find car parkings. Long time check-in and check-out process. Noisy sound from nearby apartments and corridors. The telephone is calling frequently (noisy). Overpriced. The kitchen is NOT well-equipped nor prepared (misunderstandings of MOH and CDC guidelines for preventive measures of COVID-19 and poorly applied). Lacking of security and visual screening for feverish guests. Housekeeping timing. Construction 🚧 audio-physical noisiness.

Resort place and location was good and has good parking area and room price and size is good. The toilet is the important part of the room which need to be renovation and fixed, it look bad , also there is no hot water in the kitchen, which if I need to was anything during winter time I need to use cold water. I think if they will renovate the toilet I may book again. In addition the room service guy didn't bring all the item we ask untill we give him tips, and there is no instructions of the snacks that are free or paid in the room

The setting on the Arabian Gulf is beautiful and sitting out looking at the water, this place has a natural ability to relax. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant certainly does not have a Michelin star, it is more functional than fine dining, but the service is very good, the ambience is good and these make up for the food being ”OK”. This is however a resort for those who are interested in strange and unexplained events. There was a weird banging noise that came to life in the night and succeeded in preventing a full night's sleep; but perhaps more disturbing was the high end TV (huge and a very nice model) that had a mind of its own when it came to channel selection. Sometimes there were channels and sometimes there were not. No amount of maintenance intervention seemed able to cure the randomness. I shall remember this visit for the beauty of the setting, the professionalism and warm welcome of the staff and the endless stories of unexplained happenings with the TV and weird noises that I should keep me in dinner party talk for years! A place for those who want to relax, enjoy great service and who also have a flair for stranger unexplained and unexpected things.

First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.

an excellent stay , right from the minute i checked in , till the minute i checked out , staff are super friendly , shout out to Amer from the front desk , rooms are spacious , well designed and equipped with the needed toiletries , bed and pillows are comfy , breakfast is great with wide variety , lunch at the main restaurant was great too , need to thank Mr.Abdullah Odeh for his support and assistance during our stay , he made our annual company cycle meeting a true success
