A resort-style hotel with a great location. You can swim directly to Snoopy Island. You can see all kinds of fish, turtles, and maybe sharks while snorkeling. The hotel's own water club can provide equipment such as paddle boards and hand skis. The scenery is great and endless. The swimming pool and the bar by the pool are great for a drink after diving. The room is old and damp. You need to turn on the dehumidifier all the time. In terms of cost performance and vacation experience, I highly recommend it.

I wont recommend this resort ever! Reception was so unprofessional. The place is a bit old. Shower sliding door was not properly closing and despite of the rooms availability, they booked us in the room next to a staff room/ maintenance room which u can hear the closing/ opening of that room thinking if that if someone is opening your door or no. Room service was so very bad. Communication with staff is very bad. It was our first time to book in this resort and i declare the no of adults which is 3 adults plus 1 kid, they charged me for an additional adult and thats ok, i thank you for the reception who gave me the discount, however, since linens and toiletries are not enough i requested for additional. I called the reception and a filipina answered my call, instead of just addressing my request, she is questioning our stay saying that “i heard that you are too many in the room, i told her that its just my mother in law” ( i forgot to answer her back that yes whats wrong with that and i paid extra for the adult and that she doesn’t have the right to ask a guest in that manner. I was shocked on how this lady treat guests. Then i address my requests for additional towels,slippers, dental kits. It took us 4hours! to get those extra kits! following up 3x to call the room service and repeating the items we need!!! This is the worst room service i had ever experienced!They gave us the extra bed and they deliver a baby cot! I just couldn’t absorb the experience we had. I paid for extra adult and they will deliver extra bed as baby cot! They saw my daughter how big she is! Before delivering the extra bed they should double check with the manager or the reception and not to ask the guest what kind of bed we need. Worst resort we experienced in Al Aqah area. We will not come back to this resort anymore.! Pros: Beach and swimming pool for adults and kids splash water was nice

Our family trip to this lovely Hotel was amazing from food to the amenities, we loved the atmosphere here. It is a natural gem for a family vacation.

Well..it was wonderful vacation, thanx Sandy! Staff was very nice and friendly, food was really good, particularly meat (I have read bad reviews about food, but honestly it’s incorrect!). Pool zone, beach zone - all good and comfy, we had all we need. Beautiful area with flowers and cats! Room was also good, spacious, clean. Better than I excepted. I think we’ll come back!

Great place for easy snorkeling and easy stay without all the 5 star fuss. Great family place. Staff very pleasant and the views of Snoopy Island are fantastic. I don't scuba dive, believe there might be better places for that but great for casual snorkeling around the island. Saw Reef Sharks and Turtles.

Very nice resort. The pool is absolutely stunning. The beach is gorgeous and the water is clear and warm and just divine. The view of Snoopy is very cool too. The pool facilities for kids are absolutely fantastic and very well run. Very well maintained resort. We stayed in a 2 bed chalet. Very nicely appointed with the basics. Only suggestion would be to put a lamp of some sort in the lounge area (the main light is very bright) and the pillows on the beds are not great at all. We really did enjoy our 2 night stay.
