Hotel rooms are dated but the rest of the property is 5 star. I thought the pool was amazing and the food was outstanding with excellent service from waiters to the front desk.

Schönes altes Hotel, mit ganz tollen Mitarbeitern, sei es an der Rezeption sei die Guest Relation Mitarbeiterin Seher, alle ganz toll und kümmern sich um die Gäste einzigartig. Zimmer leider mit Teppichboden und viel zu bunt, wirkt sehr beerückend. Essen war eher auf Notbetrieb, aber vom Geschmack her in Ordnung.

Отдыхали 9 дней в отеле семьей с ребенком 5 лет. Оператор фансан, трансфер практически индивидуальный, быстро довезли. Заселение супер-быстрое, нигде так быстро не заселяли, мы приехали около 8 утра - заселили не дожидаясь чек-ин. Это огромный плюс. Номер большой, теплый, хороший санузел, телевизор ни разу не включали, так как пользовались своими гаджетами, тв выглядит устаревшим. Отдых был во время зимней концепции, анимация днем - софт (видели игры в дартс, все остальное из заявленного, например, йоги и др. не видела, возможно есть, если найти аниматора, но вас никто зазывать не будет). Вечером живая музыка, танцы живота, было приятно смотреть и слушать. Большим минусом для нас стало отсутствие хорошего мини-клуба и заинтересованности в играх с детьми, предлагают раскраски, можно самому покидать мячики, посмотреть мультик, могут раскрасить лицо(это плюс), вечером мини-диско (это плюс), поэтому здесь нужно подтягивать. Вероятно, не сезон, да и детей почти не было. Территория компактная, ухоженная , до моря близко. В зимный сезон открытые бассейны и аквапарки не греются, оценить не удалось. Крытый бассейн показался холодноватым. Для плавания хорошо, остановился порелаксировать - начинаешь мёрзнуть через минуту. Сауна, хамам теплые, сауна требует обновления. Питание в целом хорошее. Очень приятные сотрудники, ресторан работает быстро, слаженно. За обслуживание огромная благодарность. В лобби тоже обслуживание отличное. При выезде подошли к гест релейшн по поводу возможности позднего выезда, вопрос был решён моментально, номер бесплатно продлили до 15.00, за что мы очень благодарны. Спасибо за отдых, за отзывчивость, все было комфортно.

Das Royal Holiday ist einfach unfassbar schön. Die Atmosphäre ist beeindruckend. Besonders in der aktuellen Weihnachtszeit war das gesamte Hotel traumhaft dekoriert für die Feiertage und den Jahreswechsel. Es fühlte sich an wie in einem Wintermärchen. Der Service ist überragend sowohl die Kellner (Soner, Ali, Kamile und Hilal) als auch die Reinigungskräfte leisten großartige Arbeit. Die Animation Gruppe war auch toll, immer wieder Aktiv .Unser besonderer Dank gilt an Seher und Ahmet, die immer äußerst hilfsbereit war und jeden unserer Wünsche und Anliegen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt hat. Ein weiteres Highlight die vielen zutraulichen und lieben Katzen auf dem Gelände. Sie sorgen für eine besonders herzliche und entspannte Atmosphäre, die uns sehr gefallen hat. Auch das Essen war fantastisch. Es gibt wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas, alles frisch, sauber und unglaublich lecker. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Royal Holiday und gesamte Stone gruppe!
