Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Durch den Bau bedingt kommt nicht so viel Sonnenlicht in das Zimmer, was dadurch aber nicht dunkel ist. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert, ob es der Wunsch für die Minibar war oder ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen oder Topper für das Bett. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, da es oft thematische Abende gab. Die Silvesterfeier wurde sehr gut organisiert. Ein kleines Manko war leider die Lautstärke, da das Programm während des Essens stattfand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Stellvertretend für das gesamte Personal wollen wir Seher Erkman und Zeynep von der Gästebetreuung nennen, die immer ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Gäste haben.

Thank you so much for your hospitality , warm atmosphere ,delicious cuisine and good service .Rooms were clean by beautiful sea view.We had seminar for 3 days as Life Division family , we were glad to being in Royal holiday palace.I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

4.5 stars
Hotel rooms are dated but the rest of the property is 5 star. I thought the pool was amazing and the food was outstanding with excellent service from waiters to the front desk.
