We rested at the end of April, it is clear that the hotel is still preparing for the season, but this did not create any inconvenience. The service is good, the staff is responsive, there were no problems with anything! All liked it!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone . The facilities, the service, the food and the feel factor around the whole resort is that of total relaxation and luxury . We’ve just returned after a week with 2 children under the age of 6 who also had the time of their lives. The kids club is brilliant and although myself and my wife never left our children unattended in there, there is that option if that’s something you choose to do and it does feel extremely safe. The private beach is at bottom of the resort, which also has so many sun beds. This hotel feels a million miles away from the nightmares you hear of Sunbed wars at 9am or fighting to get towels with towel cards; there is an abundance of sun beds all around the resort even when the hotel is full. If you see yourself as a bit of a food / drink connoisseur like myself then this is heaven on earth. The drinks, food and patisserie options are that of pure luxury. What made the hotel even more special is that nothing is too much to ask of the staff, whether it be a cocktail, a milkshake, or some late night food. From the sun beds, to the huge pool, the luxurious rooms or the unbelievable buffet ( which is that good you feel you’re missing out going to an a la carte restaurant, which are equally as brilliant ) this hotel did not disappoint at all. At the Mardan Palace you can have an unforgettable trip away making memories while also being able to indulge in pure luxury ! This is our second time at the hotel, and within the next week I will be booking again for next year. I would like to give a huge shout out to Ikbel from the guest assistant team, she was absolutely fantastic the whole way, I can’t recommend her enough she was so attentive to our every need and made sure we were looked after until we checked out ! We can’t wait to return again next year

Overall an excellent hotel. Really pleased with the services on offer, the staff were nice and always checking in to see if your doing well. The hotel had loads of activities to do that appealed to all ages. The food was great, especially the variety of food on offer.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The best experience in Turkey. One week in paradise! Our family took a cabana for every day. Service guys were the best! As for the meals, dinners in Revan Turkish restaurant were the best! We totally enjoyed it! This place is special. They are also nature friendly hotels.😍😍😍😍😍

I am currently in my hotel room at 11 o'clock, and I am writing this text. First of all, they had said that the hotel's swimming pools are warm, but on this date, September 28th, it is very cold and it is difficult to use them. There is a wide variety of food, but even though there are many Iranian guests, none of the dishes are suitable for Iranian tastes. The food is very repetitive, and the special dishes are almost inedible. The children's restaurant serves boiled potatoes and boiled carrots, and there are hardly any children there. Although this hotel is a kids concept, it doesn't even have nuggets for kids in the meals. The names of the dishes are written in German and Russian, but not in Persian. Although there are many Iranian guests, during the animation team's activities, explanations are given in Russian and German at the start, but not in Persian. The mini disco is not at all attractive for children. They play a few songs, all in German and Russian. The animation team is off duty on Mondays. Out of six nights, they have live music with an amateur singer for three nights. The water park is not at all attractive for children aged 5 and above, it only has two slides. The water park path is very dirty and slippery. The snack bar is also served in a clogged manner, despite being advertised as self-service. However, the drinks, cocktails, cafes, and the behavior of the hosts are excellent. For a trip like this in Iran, we have to plan a year ahead, but unfortunately, this hotel has really disappointed and regretted me.

Lovely spotlessly clean, filled mini bar up everyday, shower was amazing very powerful, plenty of food choices, lots of places to sit and chill, bowling, outdoor heated swimming pool, all the staff were friendly, lovely walk to the beach, I throughly enjoyed it, I would love to visit in the summer months.

It is a very comfortable hotel. Facilities: quite complete, with everything you need, and the rooms are also very large~ There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, squash courts, etc. Sanitation: very clean, cleaned every day Environment: It feels like a vacation with many people Service: Airport pick-up and drop-off, just tell the driver at the airport to go to this hotel, the driver will understand, and go directly in after arriving, the driver will go to the front desk to sign the bill. Similarly, just find the front desk for airport drop-off, 24-hour service. Since our previous flight was cancelled, we stayed for two days and had two buffet dinners, 20 euros per person, free for children under 7 years old. On the first day, there were lamb legs, roast chicken, various cakes, fruits such as cherries, etc., which were good value for money. The second day was not so cost-effective, but overall it was still very good~
