We booked for 3 rooms, and booked 2 months almost before the stay and call the hotel for confirmation. We told them ahead that the rooms should be on the same level or same floor, but upon arrival the other room is on the other floor. They just told us to transfer tomorrow, but already a hassle on our part.
They have many pool, but so distant to each other. We have joined the foam party on the other pool withg kids, it was fun though.
The food is ok, not too many options and seems like the same menus from the previous day. The basic bacon, ham and sausages is upon request during breakfast with additional charges.
The receptionit and attendants during our stay were attentive to our needs.

It’s our first time in Philipines and staying in fairways was a worst decision we have made that moment. The bathroom was dirty and the door was kinda broken. There was an ants in the bed which made our body so itchy. The worst problem was the water bottles, why so small for the hotel this big. Long way to go to the gate from hotel which was okay but annoying. Oh my god the flies in the buffet is unbelievably disgusting 🤢. For the service idk only the guards were well trained and for the reception there was only one staff who was friendly and understandable. Some staffs were just assuming we r Philippians and keep answering us in their language according to our looks🤦🏽♀️. I think you should put more information like a map or something in an each room so the guests would decide what to do.
The best thing i loved was the massage omg ♥️ loved it and the pedicure she is the bestest i have ever seen. Very helpful and making me feel so comfortably good.😊

Overall experience with Fairways Bluewater Resort Hotel was superb except the weather which was always raining. The food was good in the Thai resto. Breakfast was so so. The rooms were clean and the bed were big. The employees were very accommodating and courteous.

The room is large and the view is pleasant. The service is very good. I like the exclusive beach the most, where you can snorkel. This time I took my kids to experience the bubble pool party, and the kids were very happy. Even on typhoon days, there are many swimming pools in the hotel. There are many choices of restaurants in the hotel, which are delicious and have a great experience. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. I have recommended it to many friends. It is the best choice for the next visit to Boracay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were also impressive — everything from the fitness center to the pool was in great condition and easy to access.
The staff truly stood out; they were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a warm touch to the entire stay.
The only downside was the breakfast experience. While the food itself was decent, the dining area was overcrowded and very noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal in the morning.
Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and well-kept facilities. Just be prepared for a bustling breakfast crowd!

Good ang amenities nila my child like the pool and the private beach.. issue is ang tagal mag serve nang food sa main restaurant nila. Like tagal Namin naka upo.. wala Naman gaano kumakaen that time sana lahat guest equal service. I feel Kasi namimili lang sila nang guest na gusto nila. Babalik kami pero hnd na kami kakain sa restaurant nila..
