The hotel is located in Agueda downtown. Very close by supermarket. The people with smile and excellent service. Hope I can stay there again in the future.

I really like the hotel, super comfortable, nice, clean. The only negative detail is that they ask you to bring a swimming cap to use the pool, I'm not saying it's bad, but who brings a swimming cap when travelling? Otherwise everything is very nice... Very attentive and friendly those who serve at reception

When booking it was for 3 guests, two adults and a 10 year old child, but when arriving at the hotel it was only for two guests, to go to the pool you have to go outside the hotel and everything is paid separately, for the price that was paid it was to be all inclusive because for 4 stars it was the minimum, in other hotels of the same stars the heated indoor pool is without restrictions

The room is OK. It is called a hot spring hotel, but there is no hot spring. It is far from the city, but it is OK. There is a supermarket nearby, but the price is expensive. This is Europe.

This hotel is really good! The swimming pool is like a private one and can be used every day. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The Wifi is very fast and suitable for office work.

Everything was great!!! Just to clarify one important thing!!! The pool is paid for!!! They asked us for €15 per hour per person!!! It's the first time that a 4-star hotel has asked for an additional fee to use the pool!!! I've never seen this before!!! They have to think about it and see that it's really bad!!! This is my second stay. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel restaurant is also delicious and not expensive. It has its own parking lot and swimming pool.

Very quiet hotel with good rooms, very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Spa: it is a small hot water pool with two jets, one of which did not work, it is outside the hotel facilities, it has two small paid saunas.
