After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended. The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

The front desk was very friendly and it was within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to tourist sites such as Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, so I was happy with this hotel. There is a Chinese/Thai restaurant in the hotel, but I couldn't eat breakfast there because I had an early morning train...

Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean. It was a very good staying and with nice peoples from the hostel. The room was good, and i had a good experience in agra.

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

Good location, lowest price, service is OK. The nearest hotel to the Taj Mahal, just a few minutes walk to the gate. The charges for foreigners in the Taj Mahal are dozens of times that of the locals. When you turn right at the hotel, you will go to the place where you sold the tickets.

Like so many places around the world post Covid and in India… the rooms are old and literally falling apart in some respects. It’s walking distance to Taj Mahal. When you arrive at the gate on the way don’t listen to anyone trying to make you transfer onto a tuktuk or camel or whatever. You can walk from there if the person manning the gate refuses to let your taxi in. Or call the hotel to tell them to let you in. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!
