A lovely stay, the room was very comfortable. In particular, the large shower was fantastic. great value for money.

Excellent hotel very central, friendly staff and clean. If I could pick on anything it would be that car park in not part of hotel but in saying this it is directly behind and a quick close walk.

My room have problem with toilet issues, when i turn on shower and use toilet got bad smell , i was arrived late and tired after long fly . So i did not have chance to ask for change different room . No free bottle of water for customers like normal hotel always give customers. I was surprised and disgusting about that when i paid expensive for Room . I traveled alot and stayed alot hotel with no star and 5 star. I never have that situation. Only the old man door can have my 5star with his service. He was so nice and friendly. And i got surcharge after i left Adelaide. When i did checkout , the staff checked and didn’t tell me about surcharge. When i fly to another city i got notification about surcharged. Im still waiting for response from Hotel .

location is great, room sizes is good with comfy bed, sufficient supply of toiletries and coffee tea at kitchenette top.

The concierge recommended a popular cafe in Adelaide and we loved it.

A good hotel in the very center of the city. We lived on the 11th floor, in a corner room near the elevator. The room was quiet, there was a side view of the city. This is thanks to the attentive guy at the reception. The rooms are simple, but everything is there. The pool and fitness room are tiny. Breakfasts are ordinary, not varied. You need to take a ticket for parking every day, it costs about $ 40 per day. Nearby there are shops, cafes and a botanical garden within walking distance

When the housekeeper was cleaning up the bed, they put the pillows on the floor and then put them back on the bed as if nothing had happened. I witnessed it with my own eyes. They immediately asked for everything to be replaced and even asked to see their supervisor immediately. But the supervisor only knew about maintenance and the staff did not apologize at all and showed me that The bottom sheets were so dirty that they were not replaced (as shown in the picture) So this five-star hotel is not worth it at all

We spent 2 nights in the hotel and were actually only there to sleep. The hotel is well located, the pedestrian zone of Adelaide is close by and you can reach everything on foot. The parking garage is about 5 minutes away and you get a 24-hour parking garage card from the hotel, which is very practical. The room is a bit small, but OK for a city hotel. We didn't try the breakfast. Concierge service is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.
