"Отель бронировали на неделю, так как нужно было работать удалённо. Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта. Ночью доехали до него на такси за 6 минут.
Завтраки здесь по меню – можно выбрать 1 блюдо из списка, чай или кофе, фрукты или йогурт и сок. Готовят достаточно долго, на завтрак уходил час. Как мне показалось, постояльцев в отеле было мало, мы практически никого не видели.
В стране постоянно отключают электричество надолго. В каждом отеле есть мощные генераторы. В один из дней, когда WiFi не работал, нам сказали: подождите полчаса. Мы пошли обедать, а когда вернулись, генератор они так и не включили. При этом генераторы работали во всех соседних зданиях. Когда через 2 часа без электричества я пошла ругаться, мне начали затирать, что если генератор заведут, то электричества не будет ночью. А кому оно нужно ночью? Только после моих просьб генератор всё же запустили. На следующий раз в номер звонили опять с песней, что ночью не будет электричества, а в итоге связь сделали. В отеле 5 этажей, без генератора не работает лифт.
Чтобы дождаться горячей воды в душе, воду надо сливать не меньше 5 минут. В раковине горячей воды нет. В отеле есть только мыло. Шампуней, геля для душа и всего остального нет.
Самый ужас – лающие собаки. Они начинали лаять или выть с наступлением темноты и поутру. Также с 4 до 8 утра жуткие пения из мечетей. Спать нормально из-за слышимости было невозможно.
Уборка была нормальная. В номер ставили 2 бутылки воды и клали пакетики чая."

YyuyueringWhen entertaining customers, it's all about customer satisfaction! The overall hygiene is clean and the facilities are tidy. Customers have stayed for many consecutive days and have not asked to change hotels! The hotel customer service is also warm and thoughtful!

Only issues were a blocked road to the hotel, the windows aren't sound proofed so one hears much of the noise from outside, no proper aeration in the room when windows are closed, the water plumbing system needs an upgrade as I could smell the dust in the water and also I got severe neck pain from the thin pillows! I'm rating it highly because the staff were wonderful

DDUB NATIONThe hotel facilities and environment are pretty good in Ethiopia. I stayed in a twin room with my colleagues from the company. It felt similar to the 200-yuan express hotel in China. Laundry was very cheap. The front desk and cleaning staff were quite enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The security staff were also very enthusiastic. But you could hear the barking of the dog in the bungalow next door at night. Haha. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, I can give it 80 points

Nnita77This hotel is situated in the in-transit area of the international airport in Addis Ababa and well worth the money if you have a long layover. The room is lovely and clean, the shower - heavely, and the bed - sublime. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety and was really delicious. The airport shops and restaurants are very expensive and facilities not great, so it is definitely worth booking into the hotel. It's considerably cheaper to book through trip.com, just be sure to book at least a day in advance if you are landing very early - bookings need to be confirmed by the office which only opens at 8am (Ethiopia time). (My photos don't do the bed or shower justice!)

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights, service overall was pleasant. Special mention to Asefa.
Breakfast is a good mix of sweet and savory, western and local.
Wellness center was not a great experience though. I booked a Swedish massage but wasn't convinced. And I was given a bath robe that was torn.
Just an extra tip, beware of people outside the hotel who claim to work for the hotel (or another hotel). Seemingly nice people, but may take you to dangerous places

Unfortunately due to Foot and Leg Injuries; had to stay in Room for majority of time.
Personnel very helpful for Room Service..and assisting in pushing my wheelchair.
Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking of visiting Addis Ababa.

FFarhiya farax HajiSome staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.
