I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home when I arrived. One of the best features is its convenient location near various Western restaurants, making dining out easy. Additionally, the hotel offers a free bus service to the airport, which is a significant plus. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large eating area was another highlight, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The menu options were diverse, catering to various tastes.

The hotel is nicely located near the airport and a nice area to go out shopping . The room are very spacious and the food of the restaurant is ok . Will recommend

I stayed here when I was traveling in Ethiopia. It is about 30 minutes walk from Bole International Airport, a little way back from the road. The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. You can also use the hot shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the coffee was a bit overcooked, so it may not be enough for those who like coffee. Overall, it is a good hotel, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The room is nice, the facilities are new, the hygiene is good, and the service is warm. The waiter said that he had been to China and was very friendly to the Chinese people.

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet environment and the rooms were clean with a view of the streets surrounding it. The hotel offers airport pick up and drop off. The breakfast options are varied and the dining place has a good ambience. For the airport pick up you might want to consider walking to the car parking area as the driver was not waiting at the front of the airport building. Also for drop off better make sure the hotel admin tells the driver where exactly to drop you off. I was dropped off at the domestic flights departure terminal and I wasn't aware till the security checking travel docs told me it was the wrong terminal and because I am not familiar with the airport and due to language barrier I struggled a bit to get to the international flights departure terminal.

I have stayed at Cassiopeia for five weeks. Compared to many four - and five-star hotels I stayed at in Addis Ababa, I would rank Cassiopeia top on my list when it comes to comfort, most amazingly friendly staff, and the overall environment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. If there is any issue, just call the front desk. You will be surprised by the speed they take care of things. Above everything else, their politeness is amazing. I have to express my special thanks to the manager, Alaye. He is the most humble and friendly person. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you prefer something else, just tell the staff at the kitchen and they will gladly get it for you. The chef is another amazing and pleasant person, and he always offers to make you omelets. And when you say yes, his face brightens with happiness. Note that there is no swimming pool or spa. However, there is a small gym on the sixth floor, with well planned machines, and I used it almost on a daily basis. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

I have stayed for 28 days with my family of 4. I have been warmly welcomed and stayed feeling as much as staying at my own home. Right from the gate security, reception, cleanliness of the room and services, restaurant, servers, traditional coffee display, the chiefs smiley and care was amazing. Everyone at Cassiopeia Hotel is professional and kind. Departure was difficult for all of us leaving Cassiopeia Crew behind. Thank you all for our memorable and comfortable stay at Cassiopeia Hotel. cassiopeia is really appreciated in providing hygienic accommodation/interesting rooms with various size and types and quality service . All the hotel staffs are friendly in providing quality service. Breakfast is really delicious/tastey and it good. Security issues are calm and reliable by that are provided by security personnels. Even the area didn’t get mafias. Or the hotel is secured from hangmen’s. House keeping Staffs are with good hygiene and in making the bed with hospitality corner of 45 degree.

I have traveled all over the world, stayed in many hotels, my experience here has been by far the best I have had ever in any hotel, from cleanliness, service, personnel, food etc.. this is this place to stay. Airport transportation, you name it they have got it or they will get it for you. Truly an temptation to make this your home!

It wouldn't be better not staying in a hotel like Cassiopeia! It is a hotel that is most friendly ,having a great staff and most welcomed environment. What makes me so happy is the meal service and the kitchen staff. I think Thier leader understood the essence of paying attention to this area as he is being available all around the clock. The live omelette, scrambled eggs service is outstanding with quick and tasty. Thank you team Cassiopeia!

The hotel staff especially the manager on duty is very arrogant and comes up with all flimsy excuses and refused to refund me I did check out one day before check out, and he is very unfriendly and rude , it’s the worst I hav ever experienced since I was in Addis Ababa The showe also has a pressure problem and doesn’t work at all they keep lying it’s fixed yet nothing is fixed
