Abu Dhabi Hotels with Airport pickup service

It's an older hotel that doesnt live up to Sofitel brand standard anymore. However its still clean and fairlly well maintained. There are few important things that make up for this lower rate. Low water pressure and hot water being just slightly warm. Worn out equipment in the room - e.g. iron that can burn your clothes, a speaker that doesnt connect to your phone. The bed is pretty comfy, although my wife complained its too soft for her. Also the gym - trademills are not really good for more experienced runners.They seem cool but are not practical. Swimming pool water doesnt look clean (thats subjective though). Next time i would rather spend a few hundreds AED more and book a different one. And I'm all club silver member and do stay a lot in hotels around the world so I collected quite experience to be able to compare within Accor network and with other chains such as IHG. To me this Sofitel can be rated lower than some Novotel quality level hotels in Asia and MENA.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, exploring Yas island theme parks with my family, the hotel was under renovation, I booked a room with marine drive view, but I don't think this hotel has this category as per location of the hotel, they upgraded me to sea and pool view, rooms are okay and bathroom was not so comfortable, u get hot water even when we turn for cold water, anyway that is all manageable, breakfast was good, pool was amazing, please take a note that they allow only swimsuit in the pool, not swimsuit material dress, all good and recommend.

It was really really really really really good. The staff was so kind and accommodating my special request. It is walking distance to Emirates Palace. They have great facilities

Start from a very smooth and professional check in with Thwea i don't exactly remember her name, the one who made the check in she is very professional with a very friendly lovely smile and a first class high manner, very special thanks to her for making our first and last impression and for her assistance during our stay, Good Job and Well Done to her and to the hiring professional employee. Then i got a wonderful coffee at the morning over the pool, with some team of the breakfast restaurant assistant all was a good experience my room was 607 it had a lovely view. Thank you all for the wonderful stay you make it and thanks you thwea for you assistance during the check in and out.. highly recommend to book the balacony room with sea view amd high floor

Had a bad start (due to flight rescheduled and hotel didn’t allow to amend / push date by a day). They decide it will no show, even though I have airline documents to support. full Paid and didn’t allow to recourse at all. We called hotel earlier thrice but time difference stating the reservation office open later hours. Total disappointment. I took it with stride and do another booking at same hotel for 2 nights. It was extreme costly. Nevertheless, book 2 days (later) in this new booking for exhibition. They got me upgraded into a one room apartment style. Hotel location is good with Mall -link at level 3. The roof top pool was small and open air (good to have sun UV), but i prefer under shade. Pool life guard was friendly and constant at watch with kids playing there. Breakfast was excellent and wife enjoyed. Given much choice hotels and this bad experiencing, sadly will not stay here again. I giving this better rating due to staffs which they did well. Just poor manager who could have dealt better with customer relationship.

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.

Visited during Ramadan The breakfast was nice The in room amenity limited. I lost power in my room during the stay so I had the technical support to reset the electricity for my room. All staff friendly and nice Location wise not prime.
