This hotel trip was wonderful! Manager Fang in the lobby was very impressive, with meticulous service and great care. Before checking in, he took the initiative to call to inquire about our various needs, and then added WeChat to send us a guide to the hotel and a guide to the scenic spots, which provided great convenience for our itinerary planning. When we arrived at the hotel, Manager Fang personally waited at the door to greet us, and at the same time arranged the porter Xiao Chen to help carry the luggage in an orderly manner. When we stepped into the lobby, the staff member Xiao Jin immediately handed over the warm welcome tea to dispel the fatigue of the journey. Xiao Zhou at the front desk was very efficient in handling the check-in procedures, and the whole process was fast and smooth. After checking in, Manager Fang also took the trouble to deliver the welcome fruit to the room. During the stay, he always paid attention to our itinerary arrangements, reminded us to keep warm from time to time, and introduced us in detail the unique charm of the surrounding scenic spots and the delicious food in the hotel, so that we can fully appreciate the local customs and hotel characteristics. The hotel's facilities are even more diverse, equipped with a well-equipped gymnasium where you can sweat as much as you want; a spacious and bright swimming pool where you can enjoy a relaxing swim; and interesting billiards and table tennis rooms that add a lot of joy to your leisure time. There is even a unique cinema where guests can enjoy an audio-visual feast after leisure. Whether it is the all-round high-quality service or the complete hotel facilities, they all give us meticulous care and an extremely comfortable experience. This hotel is really worth strongly recommending!

We drove to Hengdian by car. The hotel is not very far from the scenic spot and can be reached in 20 minutes. The hotel parking is also more convenient. When we walk into the lobby, the magnificent lobby decoration is shocked. The wooden carving artwork and mahogany home decorations of more than ten meters high show the high-end atmosphere of the hotel. The room I stayed in was also very clean and fully furnished; breakfast and dinner dishes were rich, dinner buffet seafood meal, and the price was super high. The outdoor swimming pool has not been opened in April. Considering that the children want to play in the water, we asked the front desk lady if she could arrange a room with a bathtub. I didn’t expect the front desk to arrange a free room change for us soon. Thank you very much for the warm service and small gifts provided by Xiao Qiao and Xiaoqin at the front desk. Let our children play in the water very happy. Finally, we have to add that we also send free fruit when we check in. The service is thoughtful and intimate. We will book the hotel next time.

During the May Day holiday, I took my kids to Hengdian to attend the celebrity festival. I saw on Ctrip that Fengjing Jiali was the best hotel in Hengdian, so I decided to stay for four days. The location is excellent, in a bustling area, and it is also very close to Dream Valley and Qin Palace, only more than one kilometer away. Every day, there is a butler who provides attentive service and gives away hotel snacks. The view from the room is also quite good, refreshing. I had a very happy stay and will come again next time

The room is very spacious, clean, the parking lot at the entrance is very wide, free, the room is newly renovated, forget to shoot the room, it is not interesting, you can shoot the lobby for your reference, and the surrounding price is indeed high

I often stay in this hotel. I almost always choose to stay in this hotel every time I go to Hengdian. I also stayed in this hotel when I was on the set before. I was a little disappointed when I stayed in this hotel this time. The window of room 1510 was too small. I wanted to change the room, but it was too troublesome. The breakfast in the hotel was getting worse and worse. Next time I go to Hengdian, I will not choose this hotel again. I will try to stay in other hotels.

The store is very close to Dream Valley Park and can be reached on foot; the beautiful lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and gave a small fan so that you can take pictures in the scenic area. It's very good. In short, I am very satisfied 👍

價格實惠，比起住在橫店要划算得多。距離人民路地鐵站步行大概10-15分鐘，地鐵去橫店很方便。入住時間比較早，10點就能入住，平台還可以兑換再提前4小時入住，很適合一大早就到達的人。附近有超市和麥當勞，樓下有幾家餐廳。房間挺乾淨的，隔音也可以，樓下的路口晚上有攤販賣夜宵，但是也不怎麼吵。

I loved my stay at Holiday Inn Hotel Dongyang! The hotel is right across Qin Palace, and also close to Dream Valley so if you arrive in Hengdian early, you will be able to go to two Hengdian sites in one day. Thank you to all the kind staff who helped me, even though there was a language barrier, still they were able to make my stay in Hengdian way fun! Kevin helped me check in earlier than what was noted in the reservation. Winter, who works during the graveyard shift helped me figure out the shooting location of a drama that is not in Hengdian, and Wendy Guo helped me connect with a Didi driver and let me order food via her phone. The food choices are good since I'm not really familiar with Chinese cuisine. I was able to stuff myself up before going out. You have to eat a heavy breakfast as the Hengdian sites are huge, loads of walking to do! The hotel is also like 10-15 minutes away (by car) to the Ming-Qing Palace metro station. Will book this hotel again ❤️
