VVickyThe accommodation is very close to the cultural night market, which saves the time of finding a parking space. It is great. However, the refrigerator in the room is not cold, so the drinks placed are not ice-cold and there is no ice preservation (freezing) effect. The sound insulation is not very good and it is easy to hear in the corridor. The sound of speech, I hope it can be improved. The curtains are not very effective in blocking light and are easily awakened by the sun. The experience is OK. I will visit again if I have the opportunity!

KKlo99Clean and classy hostel with great common areas. The staff in the reception is professional and polite. They provide free luggage storage. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bunk beds don't have that much privacy as the curtains cover half the bead. They don't provide towels.

GGuest UserThe location is good, not that far from the train station. It closes to the night market which we can find good food to eat at night time. The hostel has pretty large space and clean. The toilet is good. And They provided bread and drinks for breakfast.
However, the staff is not that friendly. But it’s the nice place to stay.

JJessicaHanThe lobby, corridors and rooms are bright and clean, with spacious space. I like this simple and fresh design. The toilets and bathrooms are clean. The price for weekday accommodation is high value for money. The location is about 10 minutes' walk from the night market. It is also very convenient to buy food downstairs. I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

AAndy 888Good location but slightly run down hotel. Need to uplift overall hotel conditions especially hotel room and walkway to the room. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Quality of breakfast require to improve such as served warm food rather than cold dishes. Lastly I went for toast to avoid disappointment. Not really suitable for international tourists.

AAnmery MeléndezNice hotel next to the station. All amenities you need except you have to pay for a towel if you need it. Access was easy and staff very friendly. Beds are on the floor but confortable. Enough plugs to charge your devices.

GGuest UserThe hotels in Chiayi were quite expensive and this hotel was very decently priced for the standard. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice. Breakfast was functional, and the staff were friendly. Right across from the train station. Close to eating places and walkable to the night market. Absolutely no complaints.

RREASONPEIAs soon as you enter the lobby, you can smell the comfortable fragrance, and the lady at the counter explains it very kindly. If the parking space at the door is full, there will be an exclusive parking lot less than 100 meters away. The breakfast is very Chiayi special, with homemade white vinegar cold noodles and chicken rice, and the service from a gentleman in the restaurant is also very good. The biggest problem is that it is a bit far away from Wenhua Road Night Market....

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
