Just opened, the room is big for family travel

It was a 5-7 minute walk from the center of the village, so it was very quiet and it was nice to be able to relax. Thank you very much for the owner Nuru and manager Ellot for taking care of Kaiseri Airport Sending. The car in front of us was packing a tire punk on the way, and I hope everyone got on safely. The building and interior are the same as the photos, and the floor heating is also available. Heizung heating was also very warm. The insulation was good, so I had to open the window. In the past, heating in Frankfurt's residence was rather cold because it was a level of human body temperature. It's not a cave house, so there's nothing to do or do. The Uchihisaru castle overlooking the breakfast restaurant is nice. Our couple paid 25 lira per person at the Goreme Bus Terminal and went one way, went up the castle observatory, walked back to the Goreme Panoramic Observatory and so on.

Although the location of the hotel is not in the center of the town, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the center; the location is quiet, the courtyard is elegantly furnished, and the room is very comfortable; breakfast is abundant, and the service ecology is very good; the handsome guy at the front desk has excellent English and high quality; enthusiastic It is recommended that we do not have to book the red line tour, we can go on foot; the hot air balloon and green line tour set through the hotel are at a discount, and the price is very high; in the morning, you can directly see the hot air balloon flying over the hotel in the early morning, which is great!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Alaturca stone house. Everything was absolutely perfect from the friendly welcome when we arrived, the beautiful central heated room and the extensive breakfast. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with car parking straight outside, its an easy walk to restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and look at the amazing view. All the staff are really kind and helpful and in 18yrs of living in Turkey the breakfast choices were the best I've ever had especially for a small hotel. I cannot think of anything I would change and will definitely stay again.

The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️ Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places. The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful! I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰 Thank you for your service. Hope we can back to your hotel someday ❤️

Pro’s Great location. Clean rooms. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We were able to have our laundry done for €10 a bag, which was great after 5 days in Istanbul. It’s mere steps away from the shops & restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. The courtyard is fantastic. Con’s Only 1 key per room and it’s an old school lock & key. We had a really cute balcony but the door lock was broken and we couldn’t lock it. Anyone with this knowledge could get in easily, especially if anyone on the staff was dishonest.

This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Breakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.
