It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very enthusiastic. Even when the car was covered with heavy snow, they were very kind and helpful to us who were inexperienced. I would like to stay for a few more days. I just hope that the house prices in Mount Cook Village are not too expensive.

We booked a hotel at short notice. It was almost 22:00 when we arrived at Mount Cook. The front desk was already off work, so we left an envelope and keys. The facilities are just a motel, nothing special. It's okay if you just stay for one night. I took photos of the Milky Way at night. The next day we went to stay at the Hermitage. Of course, if it has facilities, we would recommend the Hermitage next door.

Clean and hygienic, the front desk service is friendly, the balcony has a good view, you can see Mount Cook, you can see the starry sky at night, and it is relatively close to the ****** Trail. The only drawback is that there is no hair dryer. Let’s ask if there can be a hair dryer in the shower room? The haka house in Tekapo has a hair dryer. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
