Ok. I wanted to select a neutral thumb. Good points, there was parking, the room was clean. Mostly. Thr shower had some stains, not sure of they could be scrubbed out.
Bad points. Its in the middle of what appears to be a district of love hotels. I feel like this one is trying to distance from its Love motel past, but the curtains hanging in the front of the park garage, though rolled up, are a dead give away. Only other complaint is the smell of cigerettes has not cleared fully. Overall Ive stayed in far worse, not clean places in the states. I would reccomend for the price and parking.

GGuest UserThe staff at Bonghwang are very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke despite that I was told no smoking is allowed in the building. Some stains on the bedding. Otherwise it was quite clean, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay. It's located within walking distance of many delicious places to eat or things to do. The buses are convenient and close by as well. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't make use of the breakfast offered because I traveled with friends who booked their accommodations separately and we walked around in the morning during breakfast hour.
Quite a challenge to go to the actual hotel as the area had endless turns - but thanks to Naver Map, that's been taken care of. The staff at the front desk helped us with the adapter, so thank you for that! The property was clean and well-maintained, and easy to go around as the bus stops are nearby.
AAnonymous UserStayed in a duplex. Size was cozy for 4A2C. Top floor has 2 single beds. Bottom floor had 1 queen and 1 super single. Small kitchen, has an outdoor patio for BBQ (host will setup fire for you, grill is provided foc). There was one free laundry wash (owner washes for you)per visit. We stayed 4nights and was struggling a little, especially in winter. Would have preferred for them to have one washer/dryer for guests to do own laundry.
Service was prompt and owner (retired couple) was friendly, ever ready to assist.
GGuest UserThis is a very cute hotel with a spacious common area downstairs where you can make your own breakfast in the morning or chill out during the day. The private room we had was pretty spacious with 2 beds and our own private bathroom. It was all simple but in a cool industrial design. It is located really close to the intercity bus terminal which was ideal for us and a short 5/10 minute walk away from the major sightseeing parts of the town. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
TThomasWe had a very nice stay at Ran Hanok. Upon arrival we were welcomed and introduced to the building and our room. The Hanok is nicely located close to various historic sites which can be easily reached by walking or cycling along the riverbanks. Breakfast was a bit few (for a european) but was kindly served. The Hanok room has not much of equipment inside which is ok and part of the concept of traditional living. However, the floor heating was a completely new experience. Futon mattresses are kinda thin though and you might experience some back/hip pain.
GGuest UserLocated in the ancient city of Qingzhou, the yard is very large and beautiful. The room is Korean-style without beds and chairs, sleeping on the floor. The bathroom is clean but the facilities are very primary, and the shower nozzle water is relatively small. Very suitable for tourists who want to experience the Korean-style homestay. The front desk was very good. We lost our mobile phone. We took us to the police station to communicate with the police. Finally, we found it. I was very grateful.
徐徐In order to book accommodation in Gyeongju, I compared many sites on major websites and finally chose this one. When I arrived, I found that this homestay was really good. Generally, the rooms in Hanok homestays are small and the bathroom is also very small. Not only is the bathroom very large, the facilities are very new, but also all kinds of toiletries are complete. There is also a room where you can drink tea and write, which is super cost-effective. High bed and breakfast. Moreover, when I accidentally left my backpack on the bus and asked the landlord’s wife for help, she enthusiastically asked many people to help me. Originally, I didn’t report any hope, but she found it for me. This homestay is really my wise choice.
GGuest UserThe boss is friendly and close to the city.
It's good.
If you have one unfortunate thing, consider the building a bit old.
I think you should go.
AAuricWe didn’t expect a lot but we received much.
We arrived, three hours after closing tiime, but the host person waited for us. He greeted us with real Korean kindness and respect. We walked in to a warm and clean room. we absolutely recommend this place and would come again.
The place is a away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the surrounding area is really beautiful. it was really lovely. We understand that some international travelers may not be able to get here easily, we came with a car so it’s great.
Pro

* Absolutely clean bathroom
* Outdoor BBQ on balcony is really great
Cons
* travellers would need a car to get there easily
