Here’s a more enthusiastic version: The hotel was absolutely fantastic if you're looking for something simple yet charming! They offered free WiFi and delicious breakfasts. I was so surprised when they went out of their way to liaise with my dad to arrange a birthday cake for me—such a sweet gesture! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were happy. And if you want to stay close to the Giza Pyramids and enjoy a breathtaking view while having breakfast, this is the perfect spot! Huge thanks to everyone for making our stay so memorable, especially Mustafa, the big boss, who ensured everything ran smoothly. We miss you all already! Highly recommended to anyone visiting—this hotel is a gem! Big hugs to everyone 🙏🙏🙏

We spent 4 nights and 3 days here, the hotel is managed by the owners, they are a lovely family very kind and always willing to help us. The rooms are a bit small but ok in the end because most if the time we where outside visiting places. The location is perfect for seeing the piramids all days, but not very nice for walking specially at night, there’s no clubs or bars near by, but we recommend this place as well because it was a lovely journey and we felt very safe and comfortable with this nice family

Excellent stay and location. It is walking distance to the pyramids entrance. The service was great and I liked that you have breakfast options. The bed was really comfortable and they have a pillow menu you can choose from. They upgraded my room to the pyramids view room. The rooftop has a stunning pyramids view.
__oliverh_Great hotel for a couple of days stay to see the pyramids, right next to the entrance to the Giza complex.
Breakfast overlooking pyramids very welcome.
The structure is located between the tenth and twelfth floors of a building in the Giza area. The hotel is brand new and very nice, on the twelfth floor there is a splendid terrace with a spectacular view of the pyramids, breakfast is served here, and it is also possible to have lunch or dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and nice, and above all very clean, all in Egyptian style, some also have a nice little balcony overlooking the pyramids. The staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to help you with any problem, we had a very good time, we recommend the hotel to everyone.
The hotel has literally the best view in front of the pyramids and the Sphynx. Having the opportunity to enjoy this view at any time of the day and the night from the rooftop was magical. The hotel is nice and clean and located in a safe area (we were a group of girls, and we felt very safe walking around the surroundings, there's also an ATM machine that is very close to the hotel). We booked a room for three and it was nice, quiet, and with a large shower (that we particularly appreciated). On top of that, what made our experience absolutely perfect was the incredible kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. They supported us in our every need (they even escorted us to buy new shoes, as my friend's shoes had broken during a hike!), were always friendly, and thoughtful, and made us feel like we were home guests from friends or family. When we booked our trip we didn't know what to expect having never visited Egypt, but our worries disappeared once we arrived at the hotel and chatted with the manager Hossam and the staff. From that moment on, everything was just perfect! I highly recommend booking the transfer service from the airport, which is very convenient, and asking for advice for tours and other experiences.
Sseven0115Not exaggerated, this is a satisfying hotel, lovely front desk, warm service staff, super craftsmanship chef, breakfast is particularly good. The focus is on safety, a bit like home... The rooftop scenery is particularly beautiful... Real experience, recommended to travel friends
GGuest UserWe loved this place; it's a bit no frills, but the location is awesome, the terrasse too (although a bit cold during our stay: must be paradise in Summer!) and at least our room was extremely big, silent and clean, with good beds. Breakfast was good, specially all things considered (price and location). For Cairo Pass wannabe clients only: this property is on the south entrance of the site, and the pass needs to be bought at the north...You will need an Uber to go! Otherwise the entrance is really closeby :) The room was clean, the breakfast area - sink not that much... We would go back without hesitation!
GGuest UserWow, Maruro.
Find this hotel on the booking website
Look at the location and feel very good
The result is due to the omission of the reservation system
We were arranged in other rooms.
Miss counter worked hard to help me find other vacant rooms
Let me move in smoothly.
And I'm crazy about us.
How to refuse annoying vendors on the road
Although only staying for a short day
But it makes me think they're great.
The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
