跟朋友出來玩了三天選擇了這家民宿，説真的真的特別不錯。房間大而精緻，非常乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很好，窗簾也很遮光。停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適。

1.交通：柳州來過N次，地王這裏純純中心地段，柳州站過來打車十塊，離哪都近，樓下就是租車的，24小時小電動三四十，超方便！2.環境：地王大廈公寓嘎嘎新，多部電梯。3室內：如圖nice！20樓視野開闊！正對柳江，鵝山。4設施：乾淨又衞生！通風好，一進房間味道清爽。設施應有盡有，還有小冰箱哦！只是蹲便，不是坐便，北方人表示需要適應一下。5服務：預訂之後加微信，電子門鎖，全程自助入住，方便又高效。老闆娘人好，熱情耐心，有求必應，有問必答，果斷續住兩晚！知道我第一晚沒睡好，還升級了房間。但是説實話，這也看時間段，人家週末，或者旺季的時候房間緊張也沒辦法。不過還是很欣賞柳州人的大氣！這個月幾乎走遍廣西了，還是柳州好！柳州人更好！
