As I arrived in the morning they were able to secure my suitcase and told me to come back at 4pm to check in which is what I did. Upon checking in to my room I noticed I had no balcony which my booking included. The owner (who was friendly and very helpful) advised me that they only have one room with a balcony. Upon checking *********** I noticed they are selling rooms with a balcony when there is no balcony. So beware. My room was a decent size, clean and tastefully decorated. The aircon, TV and fridge worked fine. Lighting was very good. One power point next to the bed. Hanging space for clithes but no bench space. There was a work bench with a chair and table lamp. My bed had clean linens and afforded me a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was compact with a shower hose over the bathtub. Hot water with good pressure. I took advantage of the free laundry service while I was here. In the common area there are coffee and tea facilities as well as a hot and cold water dispenser. There was a kettle in the room. Overall, I had no problems with my room (balcony issue aside) but the location ticked a lot of boxes.
