Dear Trip, Thanks for your great assistance during our reservation. For Novotel Hotel & Resort Thaker it was a great to have you as our accompany in last 10 days Ramadhan. Yes your service beyond expectations especially for for the room service, daily housekeeping attendance, amenities reload all is well. But I think we have to Work on the shuttle bus area Need effort on this especially daily walk from and to Harom via Gaza Terminal. Hopefully we will have another short cut for reach Haram

We had a great experience with the hotel staff, the hotel itself was very modern and felt more like a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to travel to Jeddah. Thank you staff.

The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the temple, swimming pool, and gym. The clerk is very enthusiastic and helps with taxis, invoices, and travel suggestions. All in all, it is a very good hotel. If I have the chance to go there next time, I will choose it again

It was a nice, amazing staff and really friendly. They showed much respect and help with all issues even though we had none, Very close to the Kaaba 🕋, they have a bus that comes every 4-10 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the haram and they drop you if right outside it more or less. I never had their breakfast as it was Ramadan but regarding the rooms then the rooms were really basic and not as nice as the picture.

To call reception for service is very slow and ignore the phone sometimes. Bus times to go to the haram is very weird unlike other hotels which is 24hrs and easy. However also very nice hotel in itself. Do not regret it though.

+ Very clean hotel and good service. - we faced trouble with door key, every time required go to reception to activate the card.

The hotel overall was nice but the service was slow starting from the front desk to the house keeping.

The overall satisfaction is very good. It is a hotel with a high living experience nearby. The breakfast food is rich, with many local specialties, and there is a free gym. The front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, which is suitable for business travel.

The hotel’s location was excellent, centrally situated near the water and directly across from the Jeddah Fountain. My room was comfortable and featured a balcony, adding to the experience. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food with ample dining space. The gym was well-equipped and impressively spacious.
