During this time of year, blankets are a necessity in my lifestyle, so the bed sheets were cold and I had a hard time falling asleep.
Of course, they do lend out blankets, but they're a bit stiff, so it was better than being too cold to sleep.
Breakfast was included, and there was both a Western and a Japanese style, both of which were delicious.
If you're sensitive to the cold during this time of year, you'll need to be prepared, but this is a hotel I'd definitely recommend.
The hotel provided an exceptional experience during our week-long stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The daily dinners were a delightful surprise, offering variety and quality. The room was clean, and the hot spring was relaxing. Everything we needed was readily available.

GGuest Usershortcoming:
1. The space in the room is about the same as that of a hotel in downtown Tokyo!
2. I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and asked the clerk to check in first, but the clerk only said that check-in could not be until 3 o'clock, so he walked back to the lounge without looking back. He had to ring the bell again to call him out and store his luggage.
3. It may be that everyone is expected to go to the bathhouse to take a bath, and the toilets are also on the small side.
4. Breakfast is finished at 8:30, which is a bit early. It may be reserved for business guests or customers rushing back to work in Japan, but it is not a hotel for leisure travel customers.
5. The bathhouse is small, but there are not many people in the ladies' side, which is okay, but the men's side is a bit crowded.
advantage:
1. Convenient location
2. Facial masks, hair care, mouthwash and other care supplies are prepared for use.
3. Breakfast is good
GGuest UserGoogle doesn't say this - you should exit from east gate of Omiya station and turn left. The hotel is in a covered shopping street. I wanted to watch fireworks at Odawa Park and this hotel is 3 stations away. It has a nice decor, capsule room ceiling is high and quote spacious so I did not feel claustrophobic. I loved the wood design - very Nordic. There are plenty of bathrooms, toilets and sinks for use. There's a TV and a narrow locker in every capsule. Bedroom slippers, pyjamas, towels and a basket for you to bring your toiletries to the bathroom are provided. There are manga books and free drinks and curry rice. I did not use them. Beddings were ok. Guests were quiet when I was there so I had a very good sleep.
There are many restaurants and supermarket and konbini nearby. There's a Lumine shopping mall here but they don't do tax refund. Location is fanatastic.
If I had one complain, the hotel should provide the absorbent stone floor mat in the bathroom cubicle.
GGuest UserHighly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.
AAnonymous UserI used Toyoko Inn for the first time. I stayed in a room with two single beds alone. The amenities were taken from the place on the first floor and entered the room, and some of them brought themselves, but I was able to spend it without problems. It was a very convenient location near Misato Station. I went out without eating breakfast. I want to use it next time.
GGuest from PhilippinesCandeo Hotels Omiya provides top-notch accommodation for travelers visiting Japan. Its prime location close to train and bus stations ensures easy access to transportation and nearby tourist spots. With impeccable cleanliness and outstanding hospitality from the staff, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
GGuest UserEasily my favourite hotel at all time
Bang for your bucks
Really clean hotel
Basically close to brand-new
The hotel staff are really polite
The welcome Drink is really delicious.
The public Bath onsen is really relaxing
The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside
I will definitely come again
Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a standard twin room. Smoking is allowed, but we don't smoke, so we chose this smoking room, and the smell of cigarettes was really strong. Smokers can choose this smoking room, after all, there are very few smoking rooms in Japan. In addition, it is not recommended to live here, because there are all kinds of small houses with colors that cost 10,000 yen per hour. The Nishikawaguchi side is relatively messy, so be careful. The soundproofing of the room is OK, and there is free breakfast in the morning, sign up for it!
GGuest UserExcept for the slight damage to the sink in the bathroom and the rust on some bathroom facilities, the rest of the environment is great. At this price, the CP value is very high.
여여행하고싶어2It was much more comfortable and better than I expected. If you are looking for a hotel, I recommend it if you are traveling. It is also close to the station. I would like to visit again.
