Conveniently located near the airport with pickup service. The food and service were really good. Rooms are spacious. A nice pool with loungers and a gym. However you can hear the noise from the road as it is along the main road. Only down side was that we had no hot water in our bathroom.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

I booked a one-night stay to explore the area and hotel. The exterior is well-maintained, and the reception staff provided a pleasant welcome. The rooms were modern and clean, though somewhat small for two people. The air conditioning struggled to reach a cool temperature, even at 18°C. We considered extending our stay, but were disappointed by the breakfast, which offered more desserts and cakes than healthy options, so we decided to leave. The pool area was lovely, with a choice of two pools. The gym was adequate, with potential for a good workout, though it was limited to 20kg weight plates. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel in a central yet quiet location.

The hotel offers good service, with a lovely pool and bar area on the beach. Breakfast was great with a big choice in it's buffet. If you are family with small children then it's suitable, but I would not recommend it to couples or solo traveller's looking for solitude and relaxation. It's noisy not only from the pool but loud speakers spoilt the sanctuary of the room and recreational areas. The beach in front of the hotel has many hawkers awaiting hotel patrons to sell their merchandise who bother the patrons who attempt to enjoy the sea. The hotel was grand in its day, but little has been done to keep it up to date.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.

A wonderful place to stay near senggigi for our honeymoon. A good place for a quiet sleep and a checkpoint to reach the beach and foods. At first we stayed in a king deluxe room, but there was a centipede in the shower, after staff sprayed pesticide in the sewage roaches came crawling in the bathroom. Thanks to the wonderful staff service we're able to upgrade our room to a suite. You guys deserve all the stars for helping us. Thanks for top notch service and wonderful room.

its very pleasent place for lost in nature we really love that its best for all type travelers Business people who want some stress reliese or couples wanted have some fun in private or families came up with children there are abilities for children fun I recommened hotel not only for solo)

A very good hotel to try. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and had a delicious welcome drink. The overall design of the hotel is very close to nature, but still very comfortable. The central restaurant and bar has many surprises. I had delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. It is not completely Western food. Some local dishes can also be tried, which should be suitable for Chinese stomachs. There seems to be a band on weekend nights. Suitable for family outings. The beach is completely private, and there is also a small artificial beach for children to play 😀

Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.

I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!
