The room environment is very good, the facilities are a bit old. After checking in, the hotel asked for 200,000 Indonesian rupiah for swimming fees. I refused to pay and never asked again. The service is very good and the environment is OK, but it is still far behind domestic hotels of the same price.
Plus points
Pool Is very good
Gym is very good
Smooth check in
Minus points
The Transmart mall next to hotel is deserted mall
WiFi is very bad
Breakfast maybe good for local Indonesian.. But for international travellers almost nothing is there
No vegitarian options or breads etc either
On top.. Compared to other hotels expensive
Worst part... Service.. Not sure why such a hotel asks for a deposit in cash and with paperwork.. Imagine a international traveller..
Also they will keep pestering you with calls to checkout by 12
The location is strategic, the hotel facilities are very complete, the connecting room is the same as 1 king/queen bed, and you get the best view from the hotel.
Especially the hotel is kids friendly so the kids are very happy.
Highly recommended for a staycation with family
The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.
I stayed with my children. Even though it is an old hotel, everything is still very well maintained. All staff are very friendly with greetings when meeting guests. Unfortunately the bathroom toilet does not have a bidet. And the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal. But overall I was satisfied spending the night at this hotel.
never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food.
and just my preference i dont like the shower.
staffs are friendly and helpful, good job!
me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

LLilichngBooked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping.
Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it.
It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom.
Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer.
Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!
PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

HHariadiOnly here for transit. My second time staying in Batiqa. Close to the heart of the city, have a little problems in the rooms but handled by the hotels smoothly.

BBakedPotatoRoom was clean, staff were all really friendly! Most of the staff can speak English & the service was always good & prompt except for the times when certain staff didn't know English & it was harder to request certain services I needed. Lots of food options nearby, both local cuisine & some international cuisine! Theres a really nice bakery connected to the lobby of the hotel as well, so even though I didn't get the hotel breakfast, I had lots of options for all my meals!
