As expected from a famous hotel chain, it is basically clean. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. One thing that is disappointing is that the floor is carpeted so it smells a bit.

Excellent location near key attractions, a spacious and comfy bed, and attentive staff who made the experience smooth.

I was checked in early and my room is upgraded. The room is really nice and clean.

From the receptionist service, billboy and security are friendly and quite helpful. The lobby and front yard of the hotel are comfortable and pleasing to the eye, and the facilities in the room are good and nice. However, there is a mistake that makes it less comfortable, either only in room 1010 or there are still many rooms where the water heater is not functioning properly or there has not been a water heater. As a customer, we suggest that the procurement or maintenance of the water heater be considered, especially in the rainy season such as December

The hotel facilities are good, the service in the lobby, the cleaning service is good and friendly, the hotel is beautiful, it's worth it, the price of 400 thousand can include breakfast for 2 people, the swimming pool can also accommodate 2 people. Just a suggestion, please fix the floor in the swimming pool, it's too slippery, I fell on the stairs to the pool. The other good service from the hotel staff in the lobby and on the 9th floor, awesome
