I was a bit skeptical about the cleanliness and facilities since it's an old hotel, but I was highly satisfied with everything. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to Koreans traveling to Ho Chi Minh City. One convenient aspect compared to other hotels was being able to call a Grab right to the hotel entrance. Many other 5-star hotels have congested entrances, making it difficult to call a Grab there, forcing you to walk out a bit to hail one. Plus, I thought it would be great for private car rentals too, as there's ample space at the entrance for drivers to park and wait without inconvenience. My only regret was that my 4-night, 5-day trip felt too short, and I wanted to extend my stay by another 3 nights, even changing my flight schedule. However, despite being a fairly large hotel, all rooms were fully booked on the third additional night, so I could only extend for 2 days and had to book elsewhere for the last night. Facilities: The louvered windows and bar area are absolutely stunning. The desk and bathroom are a bit dated, and the room overall isn't new; the bathroom is a bit of a letdown. However, because some of the furniture is so beautiful, these can be overlooked.
Ambiance: The public areas of Park Hyatt Saigon are truly the most beautiful in any Southeast Asian city. Most of the photos of Park Hyatt Saigon you see online are from the lobby bar. At night, when everyone's gone, it has a unique charm for taking pictures. The second-floor conference rooms and library areas feature many artworks, and just strolling through them is a pleasure in itself. Luggage is not allowed in the lobby bar, even while waiting for transport, which is why guests who want to take photos at any time can enjoy a pristine environment.
Service: Housekeeping service is normal. However, the front desk can be a bit unprofessional when exchanging currency. If you're exchanging USD at the hotel, remember to check it in person, as sometimes they might ”accidentally” shortchange you by a few bills.FromRUB 25,354

This is a hotel of contradictions.
The facade is impressive. It's centrally located in District 1 near restaurants, shops and the Western quarter. The buffet breakfast selection is pleasing. The room size is generous. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's a forward thinking eco-friendly policy which clearly implemented throughout the hotel.
However, the hotel is let down by some of its facilities. For example, in the bathroom a spa has been placed under a shower head so that when you shower the water runs down the wall and floods across the bathroom floor from one side to the other and in front of the hand basin. The hot and cold water taps turn on in opposite directions and the cold tap is not fitted properly which causes it to move. My children were unable to turn the shower on or off without adult help. The shower head is also too low and my 6 foot husband had to crouch down to shower.
Another problem area is the rooftop pool area. The clear rooptop pool perimeter fence is woefully too low. I watched a child climb out of the pool to the ledge between the pool and the perimeter fence and I was very worried for his safety. One wrong slip or stumble and there's nothing stopping the child from toppling over the edge and 11 floors down.

This place is hard to find even to some locals, and its especially hard for foreigners to come by for the first time. It's a newly building with security at the lobby, and there are shops and restaurants near by which is convenient. However; there is hardly a management of this property, we booked for 4days 3 nights and there were only 4 bottles in total and we had no respond when we required for more water bottles.(good thing is shops are close by.) Secondly, we also had no respond when we requied of house cleaning, we found and killed Cockroaches everyday. Last but not least, the third night of stay hot water running out, I had to take a cold shower. I don't mind taking cold showers in Vietnam's current weather, its just i didnt have an option of hot water makes this stay less worthy.
There are also some pros of this property, the views are good, you get to see the landmark 81 building right outside the window, and some parts of river view. Besides the views, they use good quality bedding appliances (mattresses are great) and electrical appliances(dryer in your closet, you get to hang your wet clothes, sanitize and dry them).

This hotel is perfect for just lying around, relaxing, and doing absolutely nothing.
We stayed in the Aqua Villa. The room was excellent – clean, beautiful, and comfortable.
The private in-room pool had rather warm, even hot, mineral water. The downside was that over the week, the pool was only cleaned once, on the first day. A lot of leaves and flowers fall into the pool.
Breakfasts were excellent.
On weekdays, the hotel was almost empty. It only got busier on weekends.
The grounds are very large and beautiful.
Mineral pools, mud baths, etc., all cost extra! The only free amenities are the general pools (several of them) and the forest for walks.
There's only one restaurant. There are no shops or anything else. You can't rent a motorbike anywhere.
Grab, Maxim, and similar services don't operate here.
You can only get to Binh Chau by taxi – 300,000 VND round trip.
There's absolutely nothing to do in Binh Chau. And everyone stares at Russians like they're some exotic creature. Everyone wants to come up and say 'Hallow'.
Conclusion: If you just want to relax in peace and quiet, do nothing, simply unwind and benefit from the mineral pools and mud baths, this is an excellent option!
If you're looking for hustle and bustle with lots of restaurants, shops, and tourists – this is definitely not the place for you!

Also, it's worth noting that this place is quite far from Vung Tau (over an hour's drive), so it's best for a relaxing stay where you don't plan on leaving the hotel much. Getting to Vung Tau city center can be a bit of a hassle. It mainly attracts Vietnamese locals on holiday, along with some European, American, and Korean tourists. If you're looking to explore Vung Tau city, this location isn't convenient.

One of the best hotel experiences I had in Ho Chi Minh City was at Kin Hotel Onsen. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful the hotel was. The lobby was stylish, photogenic, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved the overall vibes of the place.
The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly assisted us with our luggage. I booked the full package with the private onsen included, which turned out to be an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was that the private onsen was fully booked when we arrived, and it remained full throughout the afternoon and evening, so we had to reserve a slot for the following day. Fortunately, the booking process was easy and the staff handled everything efficiently.
The welcome drinks and snacks in the lobby were nice, although nothing particularly memorable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. While the room design wasn't especially luxurious or unique, I really enjoyed the bathroom, especially the shower and bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay.

My third time at this hotel. Very convenient because of the location, the reception staff are very pleasant and happy to help you. The breakfast is very boring. Cheap ingredients. And the room is too small for the number of guests even though they added a room. Going down the stairs is not the most convenient. And the service lacks character, the cook does a great job and always fills in what is missing. You can see that he is professional and experienced. And he is also very friendly. But we took sandwiches for the long train ride and I must say that this was the biggest disappointment. Because I did not take a sandwich down to the kitchen for myself, because to get a sandwich from the dining room I am supposed to pay extra. We also had a washer dryer in the apt which was great. Amenities for toilet was rather limited - the soap and shampoo, handwash, towels. We used it to heat up leftovers for breakfast so it works well. There is an on-site supermarket so it's convenient. A small space for gym that has most common machines. The location was fantastic and convenient for getting everywhere. Although there wasn't a huge variety at breakfast, everything I tried was delicious, and it was great that the menu changed for my two-night stay. From 2 PM, it was afternoon tea time, and the food served was also delicious. Plus, there was live music, creating an elegant and relaxing tea experience.
The room was a bit small but spotlessly clean, making for a pleasant stay. The shower did tend to wet the floor quite a bit (perhaps it's how I used it?), but it dried quickly, so it wasn't an issue.
What really stood out was how friendly and seemingly happy all the staff were, and their service was excellent. We mistakenly thought the hotel had a spa (the spa is actually at a sister hotel) and asked the front desk (in English, which I only understand at an elementary level) to book a massage. They said it opened at 9 AM and they would book it for us once it opened. So we requested a 7 PM reservation and headed out (at this point, I still thought the hotel spa was in a separate building). While we were out, I talked to my mother and realized that they had booked us at a place unrelated to the hotel. We then worried we wouldn't know how to get to this independent massage parlor (they had shown me the massage parlor on a phone screen when they offered to book, but I hadn't properly checked as I thought it was the hotel's spa). When we returned to the hotel, I wondered if the same front desk person would still be there, but to our surprise, they must have anticipated we might be confused about the location. They showed us their phone screen and explained, 'Your reservation is for 7 PM, please go here.' They were incredibly kind and helpful, and I'm very grateful! A Truly Memorable Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint during my birthday trip to Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive and professional. The housekeeping, bell boys, concierge and front desk team were all excellent and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
What touched me most was the thoughtful birthday surprise. 🎂❤️ I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel presented me with a birthday cake during my stay. I truly did not expect it, and although it may seem like a small gesture, it honestly made my day. I really appreciated the effort and thoughtfulness behind it.
The location is also fantastic very central and within walking distance to major shopping destinations such as Takashimaya and Saigon Centre, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining and exploring the city. KKV just next door and cinema within the hotel premises.

There are many hotels with similar names, but this one has a unique location.
The entire hotel stands as a living testament to four crucial periods in Vietnam's modern history: French colonialism, the Vietnam War, reunification, and the Doi Moi (renovation) era. The building itself is a living specimen of Southeast Asian French colonial architecture, possessing literary, war-related, and urban historical significance.
Consequently, the hotel rooms retain their original charm; they are spacious and include an antechamber.
The cleanliness is meticulously maintained. This was the last hotel I stayed at during my 30-day trip to Vietnam, and I was here for five nights.
The air conditioning in the rooms works well, but the breakfast buffet in the hotel courtyard has no air conditioning and can get a bit warm.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Saigon Opera House. The Saigon double-decker tour bus stop is right at the entrance. A 60-minute double-decker bus tour of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, costs 45 VND.
The Nguyen Hue Walking Street in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is also nearby.
However, during my five-day stay in Saigon, I ate dinner out every night.

We stayed for six nights.
Pros:
- Excellent location in a tourist area, close to all amenities and shops.
- Polite service with excellent English.
- Daily towel changes, room cleaning, water, and toiletries.
- Great cafe right outside on the ground floor.
- Good breakfast from 7 to 10 AM, but the later you go, the less selection there is.
- Air conditioning works perfectly.
- Real plants with drip irrigation – very nice.
- At first glance, a cozy room with a balcony.
Cons:
- Due to the plants on the balcony, tiny bugs constantly crawl around the room, bed, and bathroom. They are harmless, like specks of sand, but caused a slight discomfort.
- The bathroom wasn't the cleanest due to humidity and old renovations. It was always cleaned, but it looked old and musty.
- Not all drinks were refilled daily, contrary to what some reviews mentioned. Initially, there was beer, Pepsi, tea, and water.
- Poor soundproofing; noises from the corridor and the neighboring room were audible.
- And most importantly – street noise. A closed balcony didn't help; there was noise on the street until midnight and starting at 9 AM. Sports broadcasts, hawkers, construction from neighboring buildings – everything was audible, as if you were right on the street. Since our balcony faced the street, we experienced this; perhaps there are other room options with windows facing inwards.
Overall, the hotel isn't bad for its price and genuinely tries to be good, but the longer we stayed, the more downsides we noticed. We wish them continued improvement!FromRUB 4,446

The location is unbeatable, located right above Saigon centre in district 1. It was incredibly convenient to access shopping, dining, and many of Ho Chi Minh City’s key attractions, all within walking distance. The panoramic views of the city skyline from our suite were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.

We were let down with another booking at the last minute and had to book the California Hotel as an emergency…we are very happy we did!
Initially we were in a central room without a window and communicated that it was a little claustrophobic for us. The staff arranged for an immediate upgrade the following night. We were put on the top floor with a magical view of the Reunification Palace. It was perfect.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is so amazing for the city’s tourist attractions and market.
The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruits, soups, eggs / omelettes and the usual cereals and meats. Coffee was also good.
Will absolutely be coming back
